The CVS located in the Target store on Dequindre/12 Mile is a great place to get your vaccine shot(s). Plenty of parking, being in a larger strip mall, especially since many other larger CVS locations have closed! Courteous staff. Note: you can NOT use your OTC benefit card at the target store.

The woman sitting in front is an incredibly rude woman. As a pharmacist, she doesn't know how to talk to a patient. We have many options. We can go to other drugstores. So they should talk to people nicely.

Since CVS has taken over service has just gone into the dumpster. They have a revolving staff, seriously I never seem to see the same pharmacist more than once. The staff are typically curt and seem like they really are unhappy so I imagine the fault lies with their management. I constantly need to jump through hoops to get my prescriptions filled; either they need me to reach out to my Doctor to contact them, or they say they don't have a refill on file even though I dropped of a script from my Doctor. I believe they are just poorly managed and they suffer low morale. I chose this store because it was conveniently located and when it was managed by Target it was so much better.

I think you should Keep Maya Mohiddin! She is an Amazing &. Efficient Pharmacist! I was checking on a prescription that my Doctor just called in to see when it might come in. Instead, she said she \"Just Filled It\". Then, I asked about another Rx, But it was put back. Again, Maya went above-and-beyond and filled it right there while I waited. She's Awesome!

This location is an absolute joke. I had 2 prescriptions that were sent here by error. Instead of calling my doctor I figured I would give them a chance. MISTAKE. When I called to get status I was told one was out of stock and they couldn't tell me when or if they would get it in. They tired to tell me the other one is no longer made. I checked with another CVS in the area and was told they do still make this drug. She couldn't understand why they would have told me that. The pharmacist was absolutely rude as hell. This location should be closed!! Stay away!!

Heard one of the pharmacists, Jumana, saying multiple offensive slurs. This should not be tolerated. It’s so disappointing to hear such words come from someone in this field. I won’t be coming back!

I’ve been going for almost 12 years and they maintain good standards and customer care. They are usually busy but are still friendly and attentive without compromising on their primary purpose to fill your prescription ACCURATELY and as promptly as they can. I love Step and Mohammad. Oh, they administer flu Shots like with very gentle hands. Always nice to see them Wave at them and they always remember you.
