Terrible. They are very slow, their phone number doesn't work, the customer service is poor & they make alot of mistakes so make sure to check ur receipt before leaving. I wont bother coming back...

The employees at this location are extremely rude and unhelpful , down to the managers. The store is always understocked and dirty. At this point, they just need to hire a whole new staff. For years, this has been a problem that even my neighbors agree with. My family and I will no longer shop where our business isn't appreciated !!

I used to love this store but lately you have to watch you receipts. Prices increase at the register. After buying a bag of dog food and a box of milk bones I was over charged for both catching only the bag of dog food. The cashier adjusted the price after i had to walk him back and point out the tag reading 12.95 not 26.00. I did not catch the milkones til I got home. A huge tage beneath read 3.50 not almost 5.00. My advice check receipt before leaving this store. Never the same people each time I go in.

Employees are super rude. They never greet you when entering store or even when you walk up to register with items. Half the time they just look at you in an inconvenienced manner as though you have rudely interrupted their day. You can never tell who is an actual employee or a customer as there is no uniform or name tags worn. The store is always in shambles and looks like a Burlington on a Saturday.

The manager employed a discriminatory practice against my scooter and I. I needed to grab 1 item out of the store, and he told me I couldn't bring my folding scooter in. There's no policy on the door stating I couldn't. There is no bike rack, as you can see in the pictures. This is south warren and I don't want to lose an expensive toy in an unsafe neighborhood. Mind you I had a back pack on, and nothing was said about that.

I didn't even want to give this Dollar General no stars because it is completely inconvenient, with incompetent staff and is poverish and dilapidated. First of all they literally have 3 carts. This Dollar general is located on 9 mile and vandyke that's a big street surrounded by a vast amount of residential properties. Meaning alot of people live in this community and shop there. They have the nerve and audacity to be constantly understocked and understaffed and completely unorganized and dirty. Honestly it's a shame because the only other option for a dollar store or convenient store is the family dollar across the street that keeps getting robbed. Where is corporate?

0 stars if it would let me! There is never an employee willing to help and they always say get someone else! The only time I genuinly had amazing service the "Manager" told him to stop helping me and someone else can help me then walked up to go chit chat with a customer up front. The same thing today! I ask for help and I get told to speak to a floor manager as she's walking away! There wasn't any other employee in sight. Probably because they are unloading the truck! How can I get help with something that STATES GET AN EMPLOYEE FOR HELP when no one is willing to help? Absolute garbage store. Not to mention the trash employees and their vile attitudes. You don't want to work, STAY HOME! Just do yourself a favor and go to Family Dollar across the street!

Don't waste your time they never have change for anything. I don't know why I have even bothered to try them the past few times cause all I do is walk out. Today they have signs up again saying exact change only or card purchase. Again they don't have change its a store how hard is it to keep the next days change on hand. I will not bother trying to purchase anything from them and I hope everyone else doesn't waste their time either. Family Dollar is right across the street and they have change.... That's where I'll be going and so should everyone else.
