I am a assistant manger at this store and
I am writing to express my concern regarding the current conditions at the Dollar Tree. Unfortunately, we have encountered a serious issue with bed bugs within the store. Despite the exterminator's clear directions on how to handle the situation, it appears that the store manager is not taking the necessary steps to resolve the problem effectively.
I urge all customers to exercise extreme caution when shopping here. The bed bug issue is becoming increasingly severe, and without proper intervention, it poses a significant risk to anyone who visits the store. Your health and safety are paramount, and I hope this review helps raise awareness of the situation.

This store was a mess!! Boxes everywhere blocking most of the aisles! And now, NON DOLLAR stuff is scattered all throughout the store now, making it difficult to know what's a $1.25!! I bought some Bar S ham ( thinking it was $1.25) NOPE $3!! the worst part , even though the expiration said Nov 18th , it was bad!!!! It stunk, and edges were turning gray!! My health prevented me from returning it, but i will never buy refrigerated stuff from here again!!

4 employees walking around, willy nilly, while the line for the ONLY cash register is towards the back of the store. The cashier seemed frazzled, I know i would be! This needs to be addressed. Asap.

Horrible customer service. None of the employees knew where anything was. Things were stocked in the wrong aisles. It was crazy.

Worst customer service ever had experience at this place there was a black lady wear glasses at cashier she was really rude she was very mean when we go to at her register for pay she make don’t even say a word and when we ask for bag for ours bottle water she just throw the bag at us.she is really rude and mean never going back to spent my money over there. She need to know “How to good behave a customer”.

I usually never have a bad experience at dollar tree but the lady working here tonight was so rude. Didn’t say one word to me when I walked in and said hi how are you and not when I was trying to be nice and make small talk as she stood there with the biggest attitude throwing down my items purposely ignoring me. I guess she couldn’t wait to get done so she could light up her cigarette because that’s what she did walking out right behind me before the door could even close.
