The particular pair of shoes I wanted could only be purchased online! It was information I required after the long ride to DSW! Bummer!

I was impressed by the staff. They were eager to answer questions and offered friendly service. The cashier even kept her cool when someone in line was very rude to her. The line was indeed moving slowly, but the customer she was helping had a lot of questions. When the lady still in line make a snide remark, she handled it well and called for another cashier to help the people waiting.
I will say the sizes they have in stock are limited, but there’s always the option of ordering online. Associates can also search the inventory of nearby stores. It’s really not a major inconvenience unless you need something specific immediately.
