I want to shout out Enterprise Truck Rental of Warren, MI for providing the best customer service for my truck rental. My boss rents trucks through them and I rent personally and it’s been nothing but good things to say about them. I was helped personally today by Brandon, Jorden, and Jason. Truck was clean when I got it and even came with a full tank! I informed them of issues with a commercial truck I drive daily from them and they reassured me they could take care of that quickly and even offered to get me into a better truck as soon as possible. Thank you ETR of Warren for nothing but the best! You’ve got yourselves a regular for sure!

Staff is very nice but do not buy a car from here. Car may be new but may also have tons of problems. Bought a car from here and before I had to make my first payment, had to get a new battery and having transmission issues. They will give you a car with issues and will not care once it is off the lot.

The car sales are good but whatever you do Do Not purchase Assurant Tire Insurance. It is a rip off!!!! They will not replace your tire if you have a road hazard. Again, DO NOT purchase ASSURANT Tire insurance you will be giving money away.

Booked a truck when I showed up they wouldn't give it to me because I'm from out of state with an out of state id. Then on a separate day I booked a truck in my home state went to pick it up and was told they didn't have any. They did call me back later to tell me one showed up and I did go get it but ots been almost a week and I'm still waiting on my $200 deposit to be returned

From the inception of my phone inquiry, reservation, pick up of vehicle, and return of my rental, I was treated with the utmost respect, concern, interest and need. My representative "Austin" was very professional and handled all of my concerns as if they were his own.
