I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Executive Car Rental, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made the rental process a breeze. The car I received was not only clean and well-maintained but also surprisingly fuel-efficient, saving me money on my trip. The cherry on top was their excellent customer service, as they went above and beyond to ensure my trip was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this car rental company for their cute cars and even cuter service!

CASH ONLY! MAJOR SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR PRIME COLLISION!!! all rental paperwork was sketchy and under the table. I was also put in a gross smoke stained rental after my first was rear ended. when that accident occurred they tried to coach me through reporting it to the other drivers insurance only, likely to hide one of their scams. also this company is linked to prime collision in warren and they're hiding their true reviews there. highly encourage reading all review on google for prime collision. I had cosmetic damage after an accident on my drivers side headlight area, took my car to this shop was given an estimate of 3 weeks for repair. They then offered me rental service, cash only claiming their card machines were down. They had the car two full months, ignored my phone calls and emails the entire time I could only get through sometimes by calling the receptionists personal cell. They claimed that they were waiting on a part, and then they said they had it and we were waiting on paint, then again they were looking for the part. All the while charging me cash for a rental through them. They also told me they'd cover my deductible and then wouldn't release my car to me when it was done until I paid it to them. In cash. No receipt for anything. Since getting my car back nine codes have popped up with my check engine light, all major mechanical issues I didn't have prior. Of course they are still not answering so I will be taking legal action. To make it all better the cosmetic fixes they did make are done very poorly. FRAUDS. marks one and prime make it seem like an easy all in one spot but they are thieves and liars.

Absolut Terrible Service I had to run about 3 Kilometers, 7 Miles and 3784 Meters to get to the toilet. When i came back my car was on the roof of the building, next to it was my other lambo(which i stole from andrew tate) upsidedown. But all in all would totally eat a big mac rn

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE!! I filled the tank up before dropping off they still charged me 91.97 for gas and just charged my card. I disputed it and they charged my card $25 for processing a dispute. I had to block them on my capital one card from making charges! I needed to keep the car an extra hour and they were going to charge me $150 to keep an hour. I had to change my flight. HORRIBLE!

This place is nothing short of awesome. I ended up selling my vehicles to the company. I even rented a vehicle until I located a new car for myself. The place is super clean, the loaner car was mint, all my vehicle loans were paid off. Management made the transactions simple. There was nothing said that wasn't completed, THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I had to use them while my car was at Roseville Chrysler/Jeep for warranty service. My appointment was at 8AM ( I arrived early), but the rental agent didn't get there until almost 9 and took no less than 15-20 minutes to get the car ready. After the service, it took them two days to close it out (I returned it the same day), and they didn't refund the amount as expected (the rental was covered by Chrysler) and it took three attempts to actually reach someone about it, but she dismissed it and said I had it for two days (I guess when you show up late and leave early , that might seem like two days). I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card.
