I've been a member here for atleast 10yrs. I've financed all of my vehicles through Extra...at better rates than any bank ever offered. I've also had the pleasure of working with some truly wonderful Extra CU employees. Connie just helped me complete financing for a new vehicle. It was difficult and took longer than it should have due to the Dealer. Connie went above and beyond... becoming more of a customer advocate than a loan processor. I now have the car I want, at the rate I earned with her help. Thank you Connie!!!!

As always my experience with Extra has been EXTRAORDINARY!!!! Chauna Ace is the go to, she's interpersonal with every experience I've had. She goes above and beyond! I inquired about one thing and she made cost savings and credit limit increases without me asking and is preparing me to qualify for home purchase later this year. I absolutely recommend Extra Credit Union!

Bunch of thieves.
I'd call them all dumb but they are still holding onto $600 of my money and trying to say that I owe them.
I've asked for my account to be closed multiple times but they keep talking to me like I'm a child.
If you're into that this is the credit union for you.

My first ever experience was with chuna and she was amazing. I been with the credit union over 5 yrs. My last 2 loans were worth Connie. She’s phenomenal, energetic and positive.

I love Extra Credit Union & Michael Carr is the best! He gave me great advice & it help change my life. I was able to get a loan immediately after joining. And he help me get my 1st credit card to help build my credit & put my life in a better position. I banked with a credit union for 3yrs and they didn’t help me with anything.
