Was looking for some weights and I didn't see what I was looking for. The manager was kind enough to check the back for me and found exactly what I was looking for. Paid for my items and walked out a happy shopper. It's the customer service for me each and every time.

First, why have customer based registers if you have to stand there and ring people out? Second, this store is trashed!!!! Actually, trashed is an understatement. The floors were dirty like they have NEVER been swept. The merchandise was all picked over and not even displayed neatly. Worst location I have been to. Only gave a 3 star review cuz the cashier was nice.

I like 5 below, the prices are nice, but I didn't know that they had things that were above $ 5.00 dollars until l went in the store to see for myself, wall art speakers $10.-$ 25.00 maybe they need to change their name now. Ijs smh

Very poor service , you have to self serve and 1 year ago an employee handed me a Shock Pen as a prank . He shocked me twice and I reported it to corporate . But because he was just a kid , I let it go . But I rarely go in because of poor customer service and interactions. I rate it 1 stars only ! Products are poor quality and most seem like Dollar Store quality .
