Someone's fireworks had melted on my hood of my car and I thought they were going to have to sand and repaint it, but they did not all they had to do was rub it out and polish it. A less experienced and honest shop may have just decided to go to extremes to fix it just because they had you in their shop, but not Gerber.

Well don’t get me wrong at first I was Very upset because my car was gone for 2 months I felt I was Getting the run around and just telling me anything! But I want Too thank Steve who was the magical hands on my car! I love The fact when I went In I was Upset but he walked me too the back and gave me a full detail informative explanation and it was really crazy because he told me more than my estimated did! I’m glad too know they have a very great store manager I cant Remember her name but Steve and her Rock

there was about a 2 week delay getting my car. because of delay getting parts. but the updates and the car itself was nice. car looks very good. had to take car back to get a headlight adjusted. took care of it in 15 minutes.

I was very happy with the repairs done, but there was a lot of scratches on my car that where not there before. Looks like tools or boxes where put on top of the car and dragged over it. I'm not talking about the swirl marks from car washes but deep scratches and marks going as far as 2 feet across the hood. I didn't think to do a huge inspection on every inch of the vehicle and was just focusing on the repaired area and already submitted a good review for the repaired area, I have pics from before I brought it to them and these where not present.Services: Painting
