Horrible service. Technician from this company was called to repair two different appliances. Both times I was told that parts are not available and better option is to replace it. But I see parts available online. Stay away from this company.

I will NEVER! Buy another appliance from here again! I’ve brought two stoves from here in the last 4 years and both of the ovens went out in the same time frame and I thought the first time maybe I did something wrong they also tell you there is no warranty and it cost $100 for someone to come out just to take a look, I also brought a washing machine 1 1/2 years ago and it just went out! Don’t get me wrong the ppl are nice but what they sell is trash!! Do not go here, some things you just have to spend a little more on, lesson leaned

I removed my last review because Shelly helped me replaced the second shitty washer….well now the dryer is shitty. Save your money and get a new set…I’ve spent well over $600 for three different washers to be in my house two not working and now the dryer…mind you that’s all less than 30 days. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Waste of time.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! Do not go here they are rude and unprofessional. They tell you multiple different things. They supposedly haven’t bought washers and dryers in 36 years, then they turn around and say they not taking any right now. Make up yall minds and get your lies straight! Dummies

I got a refrigerator from there and the top got cold and not the bottom took it back up there cause it was under warranty and still had the same problem after they said it was fixed

Bought a fridge from there. They took measurements ahead of time but when it was time to deliver, the fridge wouldn’t fit. Had to pay an extra $60 delivery fee to deliver another fridge because they measured it wrong…smh

This place is honest and gets the job done. From being on the sales floor to a repairman fixing my dryer, I couldn't ask for better service. Reasonable and honest, that's this company. Everyone is skilled. Not to mention this place offers discounts and warranties that are unheard of!!!! I'm always coming here!
