Love taking my kids here for quick easy haircuts. Haircuts themselves are usually pretty good. Tried to get a haircut tonight and they closed 15 minutes early. Change the hours to “until business decline” if that’s how you want to run it.

No comment. I lied. The stylist didn't know how to cash out the bill with a gift card. She didn't understand the online check in. Which I did. Almost took a walk-in before me. The wait time was wrong. Mainly because the stylist doesn't know the register. I had her before. Just as bad the last time. And my service isn't about listening to her stories.

GREAT job of cutting my hair to the right length. She is personable, just chatty enough & I like that. The 14 Mile at
Schoenherr in Warren, Mi is close to my house, which is very convenient.

I normally go to FM Hair Salon out in Romeo (I work in the area) but I needed a last minute cut and they were closed so I came here since it’s closer to home. I’ve had bad luck with other Great Clips in Michigan but this location is a gold mine. The lady that cut my hair took the time to listen to my requests and wasn’t in a hurry and was super sweet. Was a reasonable price as well.

Had an absolute terrific experience today. Got exactly what a wanted a quick haircut from Lynn. She was also fantastic with the perfect amount of interaction. Thanks Lynn and Great Clips. Great Job will be back.

I told her what the issue was with how my hair needed cut.
She even had the slip from my file.
Well, 3 days later I have the colic issue I had discussed with her and is also in my folio.
I don't know her name but I will remember what she looks like.
She won't be cutting my hair ever again.

I went in today around 2pm. I've been there 3x prior w/o issue. While getting my hair cut, an employee came inside after her break. Immediately she was complaining how Joe Biden withdrew from the election. I DO NOT CARE to hear people's political opinion or religious beliefs. I came in for a hair cut, not to listen to a whiney young girl complain Biden withdrew from the election. I am a FIRM believer on helping those LEGAL AMERICANS vs illegal people in the country. I will NEVER return to your establishment for anything else in the future.
It would behoove you to train your employees to KEEP politics and religion OUT OF THE WORKPLACE!!!
Personal feelings have zero place in a work environment! An employee is there to do a job, period! NOT to cry and make a fuss about politics in front of a customer.
