So I go to home center bought a bed frame and mattress but once I seen my total I said just give me the mattress. Remind you I paid cash. And I’m still in the store so the items are not in my possession yet. They wouldn’t give me my money back after I just paid 2 minutes ago. I ask for manger they told me he wasn’t available and they couldn’t call. Okay let me call Warren police department. I’m going to get my money back one way or another. They end up giving me my money back but shorted me 100$ it’s cool cause I will get it back in blessings. They gave me my mattress and put it on top of my truck and told me to have a good day without tieing my bed down till I had to cuss them out. never again will I shop with them.

Save yourself the hassle and don’t shop at the home center on 8 mile. We bought a brand new kitchen table on Saturday and opened the box to a completely broken table top! The business will not exchange it or even try to work something out and kept hanging up on me. Told me I was out the $800 that I spent! How unprofessional. You'd think they would care about customer service, quality, or their reputation at least. All they want is for you to spend your hard earned money for their GARBAGE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

If I could leave no stars I would. Purchased a dining room table, opened up the box to a snapped table top. The business will not exchange item. Told me I was out of luck for $800. SCAMMERS!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I am truly disappointed by the abysmal level of customer service I received at this establishment. The staff members displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and respect, making it the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.Upon entering the premises, I struggled to find assistance and was met with rudeness from the staff at the register. Their inability to communicate effectively and assist customers was evident, and the absence of a dress code further exacerbated the confusion.After finally locating a staff member, I was appalled by their disrespectful behavior and inappropriate language. It was disheartening to witness such unprofessionalism from individuals who are meant to represent the establishment.I am left wondering if there is any experienced management overseeing the operations of this establishment, as the level of service provided is simply unacceptable.In light of this experience, I am compelled to give this place a rating of zero stars. It is my sincere hope that the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.
