I would like to review Flooring at the Warren, Mi Home Depot I went with my mother and she purchased kitchen plank flooring 22 mm pretty good quality. The sales person was friendly. A few days later they came out and measured gave a quantity and a price for installation and we went back to the store and paid about $1,300.00 . We readied the kitchen as asked disconnected stove and refrigerator, the contractor came out and said he the floor was a little off level in a few spots and he wouldn't guarantee the floor would last. So he left, our new floor that my mom had been planning for months didn't happen. I called home Depot but the representative wasn't very friendly she said she saw the contractors pictures and the floor couldn't be done with out more costs, so asked them to pick up the product they delivered and credit the account, they did so with in the hour. A little while later the customer service rep. called back and upset my mother again by telling her she was charging her $84.00 for the return on the job they now couldn't do. We have done many installation jobs with Home Depot but this may be the last. I guess customer service is no longer a priority at the Home Depot!

Supervisor female harassed me around the store and micromanaged her team .
I had a big list that included 38 bags of concrete , 2 of the 6x6 x8 , 10 big buckets of mud , , 5 pieces of TNG OSB . I asked for help and all the guys there had good actitud and good spirit so they were helping .. they said I need to pay first for them to be able to load and help me put it into my trailer . So I went and pay and waited on my truck that was infront of the exit door on the pro side . .
A few minutes latter this female supervisor , I think her name is Darlene or Arlene or something like that , she came to my window with my receipt in hand saying with a loud tone of voice “you can not pay and come and seat in your car , if you want to place en order it takes 48 hours before , you need to pick up your materials and then we can loaded into your car “ I responded that I asked for help because the materials are too heavy for me . And she answer with an actitud and high tone of voice “no, you need to be in there bla bla bla (and same speech again” ) I am like ok . So I am taking almost a pallet and she kept repeating over and over same 48 hours speech. The guys are super nice helping. I move with an other cart to get the mud with one guy helping , she followed me and game same speech again . Then I got and other cart and went to OSB with an other nice guy and she went there to gave me the same speech again . At this point I had it, so I told her that it was ok, the guy is helping me and she does not need to follow me around to tell me the same thing, an I said “I got it , please stop talking to me I am getting the help” she said , “you need my help , you need help don’t you? So you need me !” I said you really need help , I am getting the help please leave alone you are annoying your client that is what you are doing “ she continue with the same speech AGAIN !!! .
Then I moved to get the 6x6 x8 and she follow us and gave me same speech AGAIN ! And they are looking for the item and I told them where it was and she looked at me and sarcastically said “you want to help him , do you want my gloves ? I was like no, that is why I am asking for help” so we go outside and she called about 6 guys , and she micro managed the load . And of course she gave the same speech again !!!! I was so angry because she talked to me the same thing over and over and over and I was telling her same answer “stop screaming at me , you already told me that , leave alone “ and bla bla bla ….. and of course she did not let any of the guys to get on the trailer to help organizing the things around d .
Oh , ALSO she told me I had to get on the truck and do it my self , and I said that is why I asked for help , my back is not good and she said with a sarcastic tone “oh your back hurts , you did not tell me , this is the first time you tell me that” and I am thinking since when ? Since when the policy of Home Depot is that I have to explained my self of why need help ? ??? I was like what??? She still did at horrible job as she directed her 6 or 7 staff members to where to put what without balancing it out . The guys were super nice and helpful this is why I give 3 stars . If it was for the women I would have give zero stars .
So… if you go to this Home Depot
1- make sure you stay with your pallets so you do not get scream at
2- make sure to stay away from the supervisor female that works on Sunday around noon , so you do not get scream at .
3- don’t lose it , like I did . Is not worth it . At the first time she scream at me I should have requested a refund and go somewhere else .
As I was leaving an other client approached me and said “that was not right , she was harassing you all over the store and no one , specially a supervisor should ever in no way talk to a client like that, I think she did not like you because you look Latin” I was like that could be it , she is racist, and this men past me a picture he took as we where walking . The guys know their job well , they do

If I could rate it 0 star, I would The manager up front by the returns does not know the rules are purchased a pump that had a sticker of 199 and they made me not purchase it because they said the sticker was there by mistake and it’s 329
Idc about the money but by law if the sticker is on the box you’re supposed to sell it what’s sticker for

A customer helped me find what I was looking for. Its not always easy to find staff in the aisles but did find a handyman who helped me. Even offered to help with my project.

It seems like many employees at this location lack enthusiasm for their work. They’re not helpful in guiding customers to find items, and they don’t honor advertised specials. The store feels disorganized, with open packages scattered around. The only reason I visited this location was to purchase fireproof drywall, but the experience left much to be desired. This store is in desperate need of new management. The only bright spot was the paint department, where one staff member—if you catch her at 4:30 PM—was helpful and knowledgeable. She’s the sole reason I gave this location 3 stars. It would be unfortunate to see another Home Depot struggle due to poor staffing.
