So I stopped in a few days ago to drop off my tax information. It was very simple add and subtract. Well when I went in today to pick up my forms they couldn't find them. 20 minutes later they realized they never did my return. What a shit show. So now I'm stuck waiting another half hour while they do the forms. And their electronic signature system doesn't work for shit !!!! It definitely SUCKED !!!!
