I guess you can say I'm a regular here. I've been coming here for atleast 15 years. I rarely run in to any major issues. Most of the Staff is nice, tho has changed alot since after 2019. Pharmacy is nice tho prices fluctuate a bit... customer service desk, they'll resolve issues you have when they come up but almost always they are very rude and condescending. Probably going to start shopping else where after an issue I had resolved today. Also the math on some of my grocery lists does not align with the total at check out. Worst of all I include tax and round up to the nearest dollar when I shop. I'd say be alert and cautious when shopping here because there have been times I bought items that did not align with the sales tags and promotions they are advertising

went in to buy some christmas gift cards went to the self checkout computer tells me to wait for help when I asked for help WOW never heve I been treated so poorly in my life rude is a understatment she was down right mean If you hate your job that much one should look else were . I know nothing will be done but just wanted to vent . 13 mile my new store

Not enough employees means you should have all self checkout machines working. Nobody has time to be standing in line for 30mins to check out

Today I was walking in the frozen food isle. There was a lady working in this isle (Julie) and stopped what she was doing to ask a customer who looked frustrated if she could help her find something. It’s nice to see people who not only do their job, but go that extra mile to help others out. Shout out to Julie

WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY CHARGE MY WIFE'S DEBIT CARD THREE TIMES, REFUSE TO DO A FOLLOW-THROUGH TO GET IT RIGHT, THE MANAGER LADY WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE TOWARDS MY WIFE. STILL NEVER GOT A REFUND TO THIS DAY KEPT GETTING EXCUSES THAT WERE DIFFERENT FROM EACH EMPLOYEE THEY LITERALLY STOLE FROM MY FAMILY.

Messy feel to it; just walked out because line for self check out was all the way down an aisle to the back of the store; 2 registers open with cashier and those lines equally long; people leaving shopping carts and walking out; I did the same except I placed my cold items in a chill section. I never heard a page for available cashiers or managers to assist with check out. I won’t be returning.

Offering store pickup but can’t keep up with having the orders ready on time. Such an inconvenience. I selected this store by accident I usually go to the one on Schoenherr because it’s nicer and cleaner. This store is ran down I knew it would be a problem with my order 🙄🙄

Quite possibly the very worse Kroger in Michigan...Filthy Floors...Unstocked Shelves...No working Deli...less than Mediocre Bakery...it's just awful...Close it down...AND self Checkout Staff is beyond Rude...Lazy employees standing around talking or on the Phone ....Manager NEVER around..there is actually nothing good about it!!!
