Never have any other gear,lines long unopened lines.Associates seem like I'm bothering them after 6 times I have to have them come over to the self checkout lane to fix the computer maybe they're just angry at the computers I know I am.

Double check your gift cards at this Kroger location ! I bought 3 visa gift cards , someone tampered with the back of the card copy the info , stole the money! My gift card purchasing days are 100% done.

Just finished shopping at Kroger on Warren. First let me say they have most things anyone would need and the prices are adequate. The produce is iffy sometimes, but understandable for a grocery store. Now let me tell you about the checkout process: there was no one to bag groceries, as there usually is. So I thought I would help the cashier and began bagging. When the cashier finished ringing my groceries and I had paid, she proceeded to stand there waiting for me to finish bagging my groceries!!!! I had to ask her to help me so she could ring the next person. At this point she began slamming my items into a bag and throwing the bags on the counter for me to put in my cart. Another employee walked up as I was loading my cart to casually chat with the cashier and did not offer assistance! I don’t know why I am shocked by the disrespect shown to me as a customer, but I am. A shame I won’t be going back to that Kroger again!

I don't know why I keep coming here. I shouldn't have to stand in line for 20min just to buy one item. It's pretty sad, I think I have to find a different Kroger to go to. I already switched pharmacies because they suck and not worth the stress they caused.

Picked up my online order and 3 of the six canned items I ordered were dented. The dents were very obvious, big deep dents. Did not appreciate them giving them to me.

My daughter and I have all of our prescriptions at this Kroger and they are set to autofill because it's extremely important we don't run out because we both take life sustaining medications.
My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and will die without insulin. I do not have a thyroid and I have high blood pressure. I need my thyroid replacement medication to live. Without my blood pressure medication my chance of having a stroke is increased and my kidneys are damaged.
All these medications are on auto refill but are never ready on the day they are supposed to be. The day my daughter needed her insulin and she called them because her prescription was still pending they told her they would have to order her insulin and she could get it in a couple days! They allowed a type 1 diabetic that will die without insulin to run out. And then they didn't even have it in stock. They know when she needs it, but don't make sure to keep it in stock.
This has also happened with my thyroid replacement and blood pressure medicines. So I called and spoke to the Pharmacist (Yvonne) to see if we can fix this and get our autofill prescriptions on time and she basically told me no. She said they are very busy this time of year and understaffed and if we want our medications on time we need to call them. Then what's the point of offering autofill if you're not going to do it? Rudest pharmacist I've ever spoken to.
I will be transferring to a new pharmacy.

To the managers. Get off your giant butt and work the register. This location is always busy. During peak hours they open no more registers than they do when they are slow. God for forbid you run the store properly. God forbid you have to get up from your computer and do some work.

The bottle return has a serious wasp problem that management refuses to deal with. The problem is so severe that I had to abandon my bottles after being swarmed by dozens of wasps before I even got near the entrance. A few wasps I understand, but to allow swarms like that to go unchecked is irresponsible.

Went in this week for their free salad dressing, ended up getting charged for it. Went in and bought a 20oz starry and get a pepsi 20oz for free, got charged 2 for $4. Now Went back to get gas to see they increased their price back up to $3.49, a .37 cent increase and absolutely no reason for it. The gas stations next to them are .20 cents less a gallon. Tired of seeing these big corporations screwing over their customers. Will go to Bjs or Costco to get gas now.

I'M JUST SAYING BE CAREFUL >>>>never have I purchased anything and found something in my food but now I can say I have mind you I did call the store and home office too Explain my situation in my opinion no one cared this was purchased and look what I found in my food to my surprise.
I'm just really upset that not 1 person seemed concerned just saying They would do a Recall (REALLY)HHHHHMMMMM as a customer I'm very upset my time is being wasted to get what a refund and that's nothing do they really care about customer service anymore ??????

If I wanted to come to the store pick out my groceries by my own groceries bag my own groceries. I would expect a discount. Sorry Kroger we won't be back. 35 minutes in line is ridiculous your self checkout Lanes are not big enough for a full basket of food
