I purchased a used shotgun here, when my cousin was working there, I didn't even use it one time, it just sat in the protective sleeve, locked up, and I don't need it anymore, so I went back to see if they wanted to buy it back, I talk to them on the phone, they said bring it in, And when I got in there, the guy in the gun shop section of the store, had another customer, but came over to me, and told me they're not interested in it, because it has a little bit of surface rust on it. No big deal, but I asked if it didn't have the rust on it, if I cleaned it up, because it looks like surface rust, how much would you give me for it... this is win this loose cannon, super aggressive, super offensive j**** who is working in the gun department, told me that I'm being very argumentative, and then after I said forget it then, he tells me he would never buy the gun, and then tells me get the F%^# out of my store, as I'm trying to put the shotgun back in the sleeve. He continues cursing aggressively... with a pistol in hand, BTW. It was like I was being assaulted. I didn't even get a chance to put the gun back in the sleeve, because I felt like things were insanely escalating, from "would you like to buy this shotgun, to "No", to get the F%€k out of my store you piece of Sh**, (his actual words), in about 10 seconds flat. All because I inquired, about the value, if the rust was cleaned off, a pretty reasonable question, (I thought). I assumed it's probably just due to oxidation, and asked him "if I cleaned off the rust, and it was shiny, how much would you give me for it?"I was asking to see, how I could get them just to buy it, and He went from 0 to 100, telling me to "get the F*** out of my store you piece of S***. I know it's a pawnshop, and I haven't been into many in my lifetime, but This was the worst experience I've ever had, in any store, in my life. I've never felt like the person that was there to serve me, was actually going to threaten me, insult me, all because I asked him a simple question, that you would think he would be happy to answer, because he doesn't know if I'm trying to buy any other guns, or if I have any other items to sell, he's never met me, but he's treating me like he hates me, when it's his job to answer questions like this, & to serve the customers. That being said, this is possibly the first time I've ever written a review on any business ever. typically, I receive decent service, or if it's bad, it's not where I feel like my life is being threatened. I've definitely never been told by any salesperson in my life, to get the F out. To be clear, I don't know if he Had a pistol in his hand, while we were talking, ( it happened so fast, The entire conversation was under 30 seconds ) but he had a gun in his hands & holster, when I entered into the gun area, and he was being super aggressive with me. If you're looking to sell something, such as a gun, or purchase one, I certainly wouldn't go to this store, because you may have a similar experience. I think this person should really consider, his role, and whether this kind of customer experience, is going to help him, or this business 8 mile pawn and gun I know that I will never go back to that store, I will absolutely never recommend anybody do so, and if anybody asks me, I'll probably remember and say definitely don't go there. Honestly if I didn't leave the store right then, I might have felt like I needed to call the police, but after I left that area, the other employees seemed to be decent, as I put my shotgun back in its protective sleeve, by the front door, still reeling from what happened, really appalled. This was about 4:30 PM, Friday, December 30, 2022, the store was relatively empty, just one other person, it seemed to be looking to purchase a handgun, maybe he just wanted to shoot me away, so he could make that sale, since I doubt he makes any money, taking in a $75-$100
