Horrible Dispatch. You sit for DAYS, waiting for the Call, to IMMEDIATELY go pick up the Load, usually at the End of the Day, to rush as fast as they think you can- at 75MPH, to Deliver. If Endentured Servitude is your thing, have at it.
Oh, and BTW, as you start, YOU, are on the Hook for all costs involved in the Hiring Process, for 90 Days. That's where the Slave Collar is applied.

Sure sit alot,dispatchers suck,the one really likes to play small games,nobodies trying to be somebodies,the shop lollo the shop boy ole boy they sure dont like to work...nasty attitude bunch for sure...the entire cult sticks togethetr and the drivers are dirt under their feet ..

If your African American & wanting to work in there 'dispatch' position ? beware ? Kirk, the dispatch stoopivisor, wants you to have experience, yet, not know more than him with alllll your years of experience. He will teach you 1 system of 6, for 1 day (so you don't gain the knowledge & surpass him!) They are ?? & expect you to fit into their culture. Much to much, for me, RXO called me the same week ✌?***Another thing, their trucks, are not governed, stay safe ??
