Lowes SUCKS if you are a disabled person. They have two Amigos per store. One is usually not working or not charged and the employees don’t know where the other one is. I’ll go down the street to Home Depot where they have plenty of them.

I bought a brand new fridge from lowes , upon arrival when they were bringing it in they damaged the patio door to my house they knew about it and took pictures of the damage. we called and made a claim and sent pictures of the damage. they are ignoring me not answering my emails or sending anybody out to fix it. it was a very bad experience very bad service , now my living room is cold and i have to put a blanket by my patiodoor to keep the air from the damage they caused out. i nam a very local lowes customer and have been treated very poorly.

EDIT: I've read that the CEO said that "if conservatives don't like Lowe's "political stance" they can go shop at Home Depot. I'm trying to confirm he made that statement. If he did, I will. I never judged (or cared) about what Lowe's believes, but if he did say that, I will no longer spend ANY $$$ there. RE-EDIT: Reuters Fact Check found no evidence that the CEO said the above. Therefore changing my review back to original status.

I over bought 16 boxes of pergo flooring. I originally bought 100 boxes and spent over $60,000.00 redoing a home I purchased and because it is over 90 days and I have the receipts they will do nothing not even a store credit. I still need to finish a basement, and redo an outside porch let alone landscaping and refinish the outside frame of the house. So Lowe’s you just lost my business and my business business. Over your stance of 16 boxes of flooring. I do not recommend anyone to shop at Lowe’s. You need to watch out on there return.

I came to the vandyke Lowe's to get some cabinets first 2 times I went to self checkout I got approached immediately as if I didn't know how to scan my items no biggie
I went back today after I called and asked did they have a 18 in base cabinet they said yes we have 3, I went and spoke with one of their associates he stated give me a few minutes I have to get them down so now I just standing around for 10 15 minutes. after no one came back I reached out to another associate he looked up the cabinets and told me the same thing so I thought let me get a few other items I needed while he checked ,then I get approached by another associate asking can she help me I told her I needed a 18 in base a 24 in base and 36 upper Omaha cabinets. ,She left came back and stated they have the 18 but they need to get it down. so I'm still waiting she asked is it anything else she can help me with I said well should I just order them she said yes that probably would be best I went to get a few other items I noticed I being followed around the store by a pretty Mexican woman and 3 other people.Ive never had this experience at the Harper woods location or Clinton township I don't think I'll be shopping at this location again.

I was out of town, and my wife came to your store and bought a Samsung top load washer and dryer and put it in my garage till I got home 5 months later,,,, and I just took it downstairs and opened the box and it's used, why is this dryer used?? I called corporate and they can't do anything for me, I called Samsung they can't do anything for me, now what do I do? I'm stuck with this used dryer? I've always got my appliances from Lowe's!! Never a problem, I WILL NEVERRRR BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! ILL SUPPORT HOME DEPOT I GUESS

I found several items that were previously opened then resealed and put back on the shelf. Seems like they reseal the returns they get.

This Lowes I would not reccomend to anyone nor go back there. The inventory is not correct and it needs to be corrected. Be told one thing to another thing and it goes in a complete circle. This store needs their inventory checked badly because no customer should be told it's an online item only and we don't have it in the store. The employees need to be retrained also because I noticed that the employees hired in this store refuse to do their job requirements or just do things the hard way instead of the easy way. I'm sorry but this store is the absolute worst store ever and needs to be corrected asap. This store needs to go through the entire inventory and correct the counts of items sitting on shelves because counts are off and not on point. No customer should have to go back twice to check an item themselves that should be an employees job. This store needs headquarters help badly and all the mistakes corrected because as far as I can tell and I hope it gets corrected soon. I won't come back here because of the counts being off on this store and employees refuse to do their job requirements.

Ongoing issue: We ordered 50 sheets of drywall, 10 19/32 subfloor a kitchen setup and spent $3000 for these items to be delivered. 10 drywall were delivered damaged, 1 item was missing from our kitchen, and they sent the entire wrong wood floors. Instead of the ones I bought they sent roofing boards. Managers/Supervisor Jason and AMIR refuse to assist me. They tell me that I am liable for these items that are sitting on the pallet on the curb that they delivered for the entire weekend until they can get a driver. After I’ve insisted these items will not be on the curb in 3 days, they tell me to haul 10 drywall sheets and 10 subfloors into the property by myself because I am still liable for them. I even tell the guys that if someone comes I can help load it onto the truck and get our correct items off. They refuse to assist. I am not liable for items I didn’t order and damaged items and I’m not going to bust my *** for their careless mistakes! Horrible customer assistance! I don’t plan on ever working with Lowes again, I’ve never ever had this issue with Home Depot
