Usually always have what I need. Usually friendly staff. With an exception for a young heavy set woman at the customer service counter. She was just giving rude looks and refused to offer help. Had an attitude from jump. Fortunately the other associate saw what was happening and stepped in. Some people are in the wrong line of work and want to punish those who shop where they hate to be. Not our fault.

Lowes is a scam. The situation I am about to describe occurred at (2) Michigan stores and (1) Illiinois store. As if it were all scripted, it certainly wasn't a coincidence. Quick result, 20 square foot quote for countertop was $6,200.....SMH PLEASE KEEP READINGWe found a countertop we liked for our kitchen. So we went to get a quote as the posted price was in our budget. They lie about their price. They posted $95 a square foot in Illiinois stores and $99 a square foot in Michigan stores.Once they get you in the system and you've invested an hour or more of your time, they claim there is a mistake in the system and then reveal the actual cost is $149 a square foot but then they bang on the keyboard and claim they can probably get it down to $129 if we can get it paid today. Then, they'll suggest signing up for a credit card to get an additional 5%. We stood up and walked out.After experiencing this the first time at the Warren Store in Michigan, we went the next day to see if the Clinton Twp. store to see if they had the $149 price posted. Nope ! They had $99, so we asked for a quote. EXACT SAME THEATER COMMENSED. We were laughing and walked after 10 min. It was a joke worth playing along with strictly for entertainment purposes.Then, the next day, my wife and I drove to visit family in Kankakee, IL. We got there earlier than expected and saw a Lowes. So we went in....posted price $95....knowing their routine already we simply asked the employed scam artist if they could just confirm the price in her system. She came in at $144 but said she could probably get us in at $121 a square foot. We politely declined and left. But point proven LOWES IS TRASH ! ! !BTW our kitchen is small, the countertop size is 55'' by 48'' that's 20' square feet, yet the quote came out to $6,204.00 UNBELIEVABLE ! ! !

I ran outta hours and had to park my truck for shutdown. I went inside to ask about parking there. The manager and the ladies at the checkout told me it would be fine. I walked half the store and was in awe at how nice, clean, and organized this Lowe's was kept. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly.

Of course only self check out was open, I needed help and the employeewas busy playing on his phone, his name is Eric, so I went to service counter and Ruby was to busy to take care of me... so... Eric and Ruby are definitely a WEAK link I ended up walking out, mind you this store was not busy at all... send these people HOME they have NO ambition at all

My visit started out as -1 star when I walked in & spoke w/the 1st rep that I approached; but ended in a great experience, thanks to Mr. Henry, so I rated 5 stars!! I walked in, approached a customer service rep near the counter. I greeted the rep with a hello, & asked a couple of questions for help. Based on the responses that I received I appeared to be a bit of a bother, so I asked for another rep to be called. Mr. Henry, unaware of what I'd just encountered, immediately greeted me with smiles & assisted. It's important that understand that as REPS, WE ARE the face of the business. Thanks again Mr. Henry for keeping me from taking my business elsewhere. We'll done!!

Came in looking for a new washer for the house. They had many different models, manufacturers and price points to fit one's budget. I meet Darren (sales representative) while I was there. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Caring, very helpful in advising me on the different models I chose.Lots of parking, handicap parking, restrooms. They accept cash, credit cards, debit cards and the Lowe's credit card with special finance options. They even have a lease to own option.MVP rewards well worth it to get signed up for the program. Great deals on tools: power and hand tools.

Don't hire Lowe's to install your doors, a year later, my dad went to install a ring doorbell, and they covered the doorbell, I wish I would have noticed that when it was installed. Also the inside door is crooked. HACKS
