Clean bookstore, nice students, I just didn't like that they wouldn't buy back my loose leaf book that I had not used. Paid $160 for it

Mike was SUPER helpful, thorough, and kind. I appreciate everything he did to help me process a refund from last semester. The new student from Brasil is also super friendly and nice. I appreciate both team members for being so courteous.
