Mike was SUPER helpful, thorough, and kind. I appreciate everything he did to help me process a refund from last semester. The new student from Brasil is also super friendly and nice. I appreciate both team members for being so courteous.

Ordered a book on teusday that was to be shipped to center campus. Told me that 2 business days were needed to be shipped. Went into center campus and they said it wasnt shipped yet and they would call south campus bookstoreto let them know. Called a week later and it still wasnt at center campus. Went into center campus bookstore a week after that and it still wasnt shipped. Had to drive an extra 15 miles and miss work just to grab one book that should have been delivered almost 3 weeks ago. Never use the ship to other campus option if you want your book in a reasonable time.

Place is a joke that doesn't care about students with jobs. I can NEVER get in here since I work banker hours. I think it's awesome they close and 4 or 5 when there's classes the start at 6.

So long story short I do not go to this school anymore. Currently, I am enrolled at Purdue Global. Even though I am not a student these people refuse to take me off their call list and at this point it is harassment and I feel as though the police should be involved. Just last week there were 3 male shooters near the campus. A few months back this school was busted for hosting a sex trafficking ring. Thousands of dollars were found at the scene along with a woman who was kidnapped. I went here in 2019 after I graduated in 2018. When I went here the men in the schools were always looking at me like I was an option for their wife. (there is not a lot of culture either considering most of the school is Arabian men) which again is why I felt sexually harassed by these men's looks at me. They only view women as items in their cultures. The teachers here will accuse you of cheating but then do nothing and not take it to the DEAN. When I was in the Italian class everyone was cheating yet she found 1 student doing it and made a big deal. The only teacher who actually knew how to teach in this place was the 1st and 2nd years English Prof. I had. The ASTROLOGY teacher was yet again an Arabian man who did not speak any form of good English. When the class explained to him POLITELY that none of us could understand his broken English, he just removed all of our tests and assignments and passed us all. I literally colored in a coloring book that whole class and then slept in my car. This school is a joke and nothing will ever be done because these dumb teachers have tenure. For anyone who doesn't know what that means, it means even if they sexually harass a student they will never be fired.

I have always had friendly service from the staff. It is much more convenient to get my supplies for classes from the campus bookstore than trying outside sources. The rental program is easy to check in and out, and even the used books are in better condition than I expected!The one thing I would suggest for improvement is: better instructions for working with financial aid. Although that may be more of an issue with the FA office after all.

Bad book service, i had called over the past week no one picked up except maybe 1-2 times the ENTIRE week, i had called every other day at least 5 time throughout the day. when someone did finally answer they were very rude and simply told me i needed an email or text and hung up at this time it’d had been 2 weeks pass and still nothing and nobody answering i finally go to the store myself just for them to have it in the back i still had no text or email at this time i’m very upset with the lack of communication on their end.
