The worst. Absolute worst. For months and months now, I've had to call or speak face-to-face with someone about being given the wrong prescription. I do not want the substitute medication, I want the one the doctor prescribed me. The. One. My. Doctor. Prescribed. I've been taking it for 10 years and I'm not going to stop because this particular pharmacy finds it inconvenient to fill a prescription properly. Every single months for MONTHS, I've had to speak to someone about giving me the medication I've been prescribed. The correct one has even been filled on the spot before, so even when they have it, they're giving me the wrong one! Think it would be a no-brainer, huh? The medication that's listed on my prescription? No. Random prescription that I keep rejecting? Every single time.Also, the method they use in drive-thru to sign the slips is just plain nasty. I refuse to stick my hand in the same old baggy as like 300 people before me, and their express check out sucks, but it's the better option of the two.

I have given this pharmacy SO MANY CHANCES to get their act together, solely because they are the closest to my house, and Meijer's point system and prices are usually competitive. However, NUMEROUS TIMES I have shown up to pick up meds after they were confirmed as ready, and were not even started! (The same med 3x in ONE week); With manufacturer shortages of meds, they DO NOT NOTIFY PATIENTS when the meds called in from their doctor are unavailable; often times they will say they did not receive the prescription when ordered directly from the doctor; There are multiple rude and disrespectful staff members that treat their customers like garbage; As a single mother I often ask to compare goodRx pricing with my insurance pricing... and 9/10 times the tech is annoyed by this and makes sure that I feel guilty for even asking...My most recent issue was 3 different techs on 4-5 different occasions telling me that my insurance was cancelled and talking to me like I was beneath them when I insisted it was something in their system, because every time they gave me trouble I went to either Berkley Pharmacy or Costco Pharmacy and had the prescription filled no problem... with the exception of my daughters medicated facewash that the Meijer tech shamed me into buying over the counter. Conveniently when I asked for a phone number to make a formal complaint... the next day I had a voicemail confirming that they needed to update something in their system. Mind you I have PAID FOR the same insurance for 3 years, and have been going to this Meijer for about 10 years.If you're a Meijer regular...drive a few miles west and use the Madison Heights location. DO NOT USE THIS MEIJER PHARMACY!

Not sure if the woman’s name but there is a pharmacist working here that was very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I would recommend going to a different Meijer pharmacy or even a different pharmacy all together before going here. She cuts you off before you can ask your question and is just rude and disrespectful. Used to like going here until she started answering the phone. They don’t bother telling you if there is an issue with your script or if they don’t have it. They just leave you hanging until you call to see why it was not filled yet … even if it was a day later. Just garbage customer service.

When my doctor sends a prescription in, they will say it wasn't received. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. My doctor's office will show me the confirmations so I know it's an issue with Meijer.

Hi. I was working with my insurance on a refill issue and they instructed me to go to the pharmacy to see if they can help. I went in thinking I would get the run around, but I met Jim and he took care of the situation like I was family and even followed up with me later. Thank you, Jim.

Used to absolutely love them and used them for nearly 10 years.However of late, they've not had my prescriptions ready for several DAYS after I sent them in (even pre-approved ones), even after I called them and asked specifically when it'd be ready and they gave me a time. This has happened the last few times. Now they didn't even call my doctor to get a refill on some of my meds despite having 2 days and knowing a holiday is coming up and dr offices will be closed.This isn't a restaurant or nail salon where it doesn't really matter if you get bad service. This is a PHARMACY. They've also messed up my roommates scripts recently too and he almost had to reschedule his surgery because of it.Not acceptable from someone who you literally depend on for medications that could determine if you wake up the next day or not.

My family and I have been going to Meijer Pharmacy for at least 7year it could be even longer. Pam, Tyson,Jim are the pharmacist are my go to people there are all great even the techs? thank you for your help

Special thanks to Jim and Pam at the pharmacy for squeezing me in between appointments to get a COVID booster. Always grateful for their exceptional service, especially when they always get angry customers who treat their medications like a McDonald's Big Mac. It's hard to do what they do, and they do it well.

I have never had a problem of any kind. I don’t have prescription insurance and they helped me find a way to not have to pay top dollar. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Horrible. They are super RUDE and super slow. Go elsewhere! My doc called in a 5 day script for me, I told pharmacy my withdrawals from being out was terrible and the lady on phone wouldn't speed up my wait time to help me, and she was so rude! I'm in tears from the pain
