Only had 1 person who was decent in the pharmacy. The rest are quick to be nonchalant about your health or medications. I am looking for a new pharmacy after today. Talked to Connie asked about medications, that was fine. Then asked about 1 not ready, that should have been weeks ago, she read off 1 that was completely different from years ago and expired. Told me I have no valid refills its expired and I need to contact my doctor for a refill. Good thing I have the meijer rx app and after I hung up I checked it. She was wrong. Then had a horrible experience calling back. Lastly, the store manager was supposed to address some of this and Connie magically heard me talking to my wife, about the store manager going back there, after putting me on hold. Her response to that was a giggle and "ok, that fine". Extremely rude. This pharmacy is the exact problem with society. All but 1 of their employees I have dealt with clearly have the motto "If it ain't for me, it don't matter!" Absolutely atrocious. Lastly if your scripts are on medsync good luck. they dont ever fill those or tell you they are ready so then you think since its on medsync it will auto fill and nope and no explanations either! Finally went to get my scripts and Toby lied and said I said I was having them transferred so they put them back. This is now a corparate issue! Update: Still just as unreliable and rude. No customer service skills and still putting prescriptions back.

Such a huge difference between this Meijer Pharmacy and the Fraser Meijer Pharmacy. The staff at this location are super friendly and helpful. Glad I took the chance to use this pharmacy.

Been going to this store since it's opening and it's top notch hand's down. It's a well run, clean location and the employee's are some of the best I've ever seen.

horrible pharmacy had issues every month getting my sons scripts filled for over a year. I would turn in the paper script for his adhd medication a week early and they would still always have to order it when it should have already been filled. Then this time happened I brought it in and was told my child isn't a patient there like what? I was argued with by a tech that he wasn't and it turns out she had spelled his name wrong? idk but she got it in and told me it was early that it will be filled when it can be and I can pick it up on a specific day so I noticed I didn't get a text saying they are filling it and so I called and there was no refill happening so I talked to the pharmacist and he tried to tell me my kid didn't get scripts filled there. HES BEEN A PATIENT FOR OVER A YEAR! a few minutes go by and he tells me they cant find his paper script for a controlled substance and to please hold. THEY LOST HIS PERSCRIPTION FOR A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. after 10 minutes I was informed that they found it and I could pick it up in 20 minutes. The next day I had his doctor send his refills to a new pharmacy and I will be going to a new pharmacy as well as my husband. DO BETTER!

This is the worst pharmacy. Twice in a row we were told our medication would have to be ordered only to call the next day and be told it would be another 24 hours. The first time I told to come back later in the day and it would be ready. When we went back up they told us come back up the next day. When I called to check the status they told us it would be another 24 hours I asked them to check again and sure enough they had it. the second time this happened they didn’t bother to give a call saying the medication would not be for another 3 days they also didn’t offer to transfer the prescription till I got upset on the day phone. This Meijer has the laziest unprofessional pharmacy I have ever encountered
