This Metro run shady business they claim T-Mobile took over Metro they claim that's why their phones are high the cheapest phone you can get in that store is $200 the only way they'll try to work a deal if you change your number I wouldn't recommend this store there are better Metro PCS stores

Sabrina you Da real MVP. As bad as Metro by T-Mobile has messed up my family plan and my service up to were my phone can’t even connect back to the network, I see you took the extra steps to try and get what customer service derailed back on track. For that I truly thank you and will tell everyone who want to deal with real real and the tell it like it is and not the tell it like it wanna be this is the store to go to.

Silvia broke down my bill that I pay which is $100 not knowing I was paying insurance this whole time which I didn't want to do she kindly deducted my insurance and brought my bill down to $80 props to the employee for looking out
