Honestly I had the best experience coming to this store, the workers always take care of me and make sure I’m on the latest phone and have the best metro experience

I just got an upgrade and a few days ago and had so many problems because of this store , when I first bought the phone it wouldn’t let me transfer my stuff and I took it back to the store and the salesperson said it was because i didn’t let the phone charge . the phone still didn’t work when i got home so I had to call metro customer service and they told me the Phone was never activated , i didn’t even receive a box or charger with rhe $350 i paid for . I take it back to the store the next day and tell them I bought the phone yesterday and he jumps through hoops telling me I have to pay another $15 on top of rhe $350 and $25 activation fee I’ve already paid prior & couldn’t give me an answer as to why . Come to find out it was all their fault , but the salesperson still made me feel like an inconvenience. All in all , I wouldn’t recommend this store to a dog . A very annoying experience.

This is my Metro, 10 mile by Hoover. It's always got an exceptional employee working, that always makes sure they help with anything I need for my fone and tablet.. discounts, upgrades. Every question I've had they no the answer. Very gud plans.. luv this place

Went in to purchase a phone the guy behind the counter was very nasty & short I couldn’t believe how nasty he was I don’t recommend shopping here T mobile / Metro has always given better service than this

Came in today the young man steve sold me a new Lg phone and helped switch all my stuff and was very patient and friendly explaining everything to me definitely returning again

Worse customer service ever! On 4-3-21, just days after buying a phone and discovering the optional plastic glass protector was pealing away I took it back to the store. The manager Steve accused me of picking it away in one corner. I changed his mind about that but he said he could'nt replace it after 14 days anyway. I had misplaced my receipt but Steve refused to checked the store record (my CC record showed 3-23-21). Shop elsewhere!

I got charged for a phone they were supposed to be giving away with a new service !!! To top that , it was the worst phone I have ever had . One of the first things the phone did was lock up . I tried to return the phone in exchange for another phone but was informed that the phone already had 1 hour of service on it and could not be credited for exchange .I tried to explain that if the phone hadn't locked up , there would be ten minutes of service on it !Screw them and LG phones ! Mine is a LG5 aristo . Worst phone ever since 1988 . I have went through many phones .When my stimulus check arrives , I will be stimulating some other service provider and phone manufacturer .
