Joe, Lil Joe (Jay) was absolutely amazing!!@ 8 mile and van dyke corner. Really knows how to speak & communicate with people. He truly cared about getting me a phone and doing the BEST he could to make everything possible! I cannot say enough kind things, but it is very important, that he keeps it ? ! Now a days its about interacting with people and not the "sale" because I would now go out of my way of where I live to go to the location WHEREVER he maybe because he was that thoughtful and great at his job; making it a pleasant scenario. Hey,U remember the old "Family Video" stores? Remember how long after Blockbuster closed & people stopped renting VHS movies & video games & when they stopped selling VCR's all together, yet Family Video was still open? Come 2 find out later they were just a front 4 weed sells. Well I get the same impression from this Metro PCS location. I bet the weed is fire ?! But as far as the quality & any guarantee on their products??. I actually feel disheartened giving them a 1 ? rating. It does a disservice 2 companies who actually @ least earned their one star. I sincerely hope that they're better drug dealers than they are a phone company??♂️

Went in there today to activate a phone, the man told me it would be $120 to activate it, he said because of \\\"inflation\\\" I went somewhere else, and that guy broke it down and it's really $85, they are a scam. And he was rude. Do better.

It's Metro T-Mobile it's the worst cell phone service in Michigan it only works in Detroit so if you don't leave Detroit you're good but the people in Detroit don't even have a vehicle worthy enough to drive anywhere else in Michigan so stick with MetroPCS put anybody out of Detroit go to Cricket
