Today in our visit we had Lucas as our waiter. He was the friendliest waiter and anything we asked he was right on it. He suggested his favorites and it was spot on to being excellent choices. We definitely will ask for his section again.

While food and service is good the reason for my 2 star is the upcharge on the bill when paying with a card(I didn't see anything posted anywhere about a fee)and adding an automatic gratuity to someone's bill. You can NOT force people to tip that's beyond illegal it also isn't the customers responsibility to pay for the employees work that is the employers job. I didn't leave a tip because it was wrongfully add to my bill because I spent over $50 and I will continue to do this at any restaurant that forces a customer to tip. It's time for restaurants to pay THEIR employees properly.

The food is always wonderful, better than other local places. The service however can vary greatly. Last 2 times we ate there we had the same waitress, and she consistently forgot about us. We had to seek other employees and even the manager due to the lack of service. We will go back, just will make sure to have a different server.

My wife and I went there to try it out. We both have sensitive stomachs, so we always have the mild salsa, which we ordered. However, even the mild was too spicy. Seeing as how they have 3-4 different hot sauces you could add to the salsa if you like it hot, I think they should tone the “mild” down a bit. I had severe heartburn when I got home. I hadn’t had heartburn in years. My wife ordered the tostadas which were good. I ordered the steak fajitas. They were a bit disappointing in so much as the steak was tough and the portion was small. The server was super which is why I gave it a 3.Thinking about giving it another try, but the salsa being too spicy for us, is a deal breaker. And in my opinion, if you can’t make a good fajita, it’s hard to make anything worthwhile in my book. So sorry, really wanted this to work out because of the close proximity to our house. Guess we will stick to our old place.

The wait staff was good the atmosphere was cozy but nothing about overpriced Mexican food sits well with me. Like others have commented the gratuity was automatically charged but there was still a line to add a tip once the bill came. Many people dont notice this and they tip extra on top of the overpriced Mexican food. The beans and rice are bland and the questo sauce was so processed it tasted like someone opened a jar and dumped it on the food and threw it in the microwave. I personally think the quesodillas at Taco bell taste better. Let that sink in. I was hoping this place was a restaurant I could go to once maybe twice a week. It is so overpriced I probably won't go back. Chipotle is more fresh, Aztecas tastes better and Taco Bell is cheaper. If Miguel's makes some changes maybe I'll go back. The salsa and chimicanga with shredded beef were the best things on the menu so far.

I’ve been going here for several years and the food has always been very good. A few instances where they’ve got an order wrong, but I'm pretty easy going and don't usually sweat the small stuff. On my last visit though, I sat at the bar, ordered a margarita and a carry-out order ( my usual procedure). Everything was fine until the check showed up. Not only was a gratuity automatically added onto the bill ( for a carry-out order!), but the option to add a gratuity to the total was still on the bill with the breakdown of 15%, 18% or 20% . I do normally leave a tip, (even on a carry-out), but automatically adding it in and then asking for it a second time?!?!!!? Luckily I noticed it was added in, or I would have double-tipped,A pretty devious setup. Also, I feel a carry- out tip should be voluntary, not mandatory. I do love the food, but don’t love the billing process.

The service was good, but the food wasn’t all that. It’s equivalent to Taco Bell.Note to management; it's unprofessional for the mother of a waitress to tell customers to “take care of my baby” and “she's pregnant” or “look out for my grandbaby”

The restaurant on Ryan road is the review i will be giving. Wait Staff excellent! My 2 issues i have is that there are signs all over the place about your time limit there. My husband and I had dinner there. Do we have to hurry up and eat? Our bill was $51.00, and there was a 20% gratuity add, having worked in the restaurant business myself, I will tip more than 25%, but isn’t gratuity usually added for bigger parties? Also no where on their menu does it state 20% gratuity will be add. Needless to say we won’t be coming back. We will stick with Elcharos

I love this place. I come here a couple times a month with my girlfriend for wet burritos and street tacos.

The food tasted fine. Ordered a mini burrito and a margarita/rocks. My sister ordered tacos and a margarita/rocks. We both left with massive cases of heartburn and had to stop and get something to kill the burning. Didn't help much. We were miserable for the rest of the day. The wait staff was very nice.

Not bad not great. The wait staff was good and I didn't care for gratuity being added without being told it was on there. Didn't have a large group only 4 which seemed odd for gratuity to be added while feeling slightly deceived by not being told it was on there. Not likely to return but not out of the question if someone wanted to go I wouldn't say no
