I've been coming here for 15 year's plus and Lisa NEVER disappoint me. I'd recommend 10/10 great service, relaxing, they talk with you, answer questions and the ladies do great designs.

This was my first time coming to Nice Nails and I had a great experience. Nancy took care of me and she was so kind and polite from start to finish. I let her know I had a burn on my thumb and she was incredibly gentle and careful the entire time making sure not to hurt me. Throughout the service she kept checking in to make sure I liked how everything was going. Anytime I asked for a small change or touch up she did it with no hesitation. My nails came out super cute. Definitely book with Nancy or ask for her when you go, you won’t be disappointed

I'm in town for my family reunion and unfortunately I broke my nail (SNS natural nail) getting off the plane. I typically do not divert from my salon Lush Nails in ATL. However, this was an emergency. The tech started to peel the remainder of my broken nail off instead of soaking it off. When I complained about how this process was painful the tech made excuses. When he cut my nail, he clipped a piece of my meat underneath my nail bed. I told him he was hurting me. I know when I'm in pain! He had the nerve to start talking in his native language underneath his breath. When i asked him, what did you just say.... it was oh nothing. My finger is still hurting several hours later. Customer service 0 out of 10!
