I recently was here not to shop but to actually paint the store and do few other things as well. I was working with another contractor, all the work was subbed out. Everything is now nice cleaned and painted. I have shop here before for my kids. I tell that is not cheap at all, they make it look good by saying 30,40,50,or even 60% off on items but look at the prices for clothes that is not the greatest materials. So to me is just the pricing has changed from past years.

My granddaughter got me shopping at Old Navy as it's her favorite store. It became my go-to place for jeans and casual wear. Great quality, AWESOME sales, friendly & helpful staff.

LaRita went over and beyond to help me and my 68 year old mother. My mother was grabbing some items for me and I sent her a gift card to purchase the items. LaRita assisted my mother with redeem the gift card because I was at work and on FaceTime trying to walk my mother through the steps. Not only did she assist my mother with redeeming the gift, she was very patient and very pleasant. Thank you again LaRita.

Love this store! It is always very clean, well organized, and the staff are super nice! They always go out of their way to help me and make sure I am happy. I am thrilled to have a great Old Navy so close to home.

Pissed me off so bad. Asked me 3 times back to back if I wanted a credit card. I get once is your job but that 3rd time was like do you have a comprehension problem.

Do not bother doing online pick up at this store because you still have to stand in a long line. I had to ask 3 employees if I could receive help with my online order. The white guy with rotten teeth working the register at 7:45p on 518 was rude. The Indian women who directed me to the register for pick up ended up being the back up cashier so she could have gotten my order when I asked for help. The third employee whom was African American with short hair helped retrieve my order with no issue. I will not shop this location again
I used to work at ON so I’m well aware when you are working the floor and asked for help you stop what you are doing and help not direct someone to the register.
