Was put on restricted status without any justification. Cannot use ATM. Cannot deposit checks. Have not been able to obtain a reason for this except that I might one day deposit an NSF check. They have gone out of their way to harass me. They won't permit cash deposits at ATM, although cash is all checked at the smart ATM. The paranoid attitude does not make sense.

Yours mine and our credit union!! I have been to several locations and no matter who what when where or why they always make it feel like home!! It's that special of a place to me that I have seen family there and taken my wife,kids,friends and family there for OUR credit union ❤️

The Warren Location staff is so exceptional. They are courteous friendly and professional. Everyone speaks to you as if they knew you for a long time. My rep Mr Foster is very knowledgeable and patient. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Let me also included the customer service reps that go out of their way to help you. They are awesome ?? too.

My wife & I (non-members of this credit union) came through the drive-thru ATM to take out some cash a couple nights ago. We ended up making two transactions. Both were the same.$40 cash withdrawal. The machine took the debit card, processed for quite a long time, then said the transaction could not be completed and gave the card back. No cash was dispensed, but the withdrawals still immediately showed up on our bank statement. $80 deducted from our account, with zero cash dispensed. We even took a video of the second transaction, just in case it was the same case as the first and gave us trouble again.The next morning we headed into the branch to bring it to their attention, and have the transactions reversed (or be given cash.) We knew the exact time the transaction happened, and showed the video to the teller.After checking the ATM cash, the teller made a phone call, then told us that we should hear back the following day. Today we were told there is nothing that they can do, and to contact our own credit union. Now, while my wife is literally 9 months pregnant, we are responsible for trying to hunt down our $80. They have essentially stolen our hard earned money.We will not be returning to this branch, and I suggest you don't either if you are trying to conveniently take some cash out of your account. What a horrible experience.

I don't belong to this credit union. However, I use the service center when I can't make it to my financial institution. I haven't had any issues.

I had a terrible experience at the Warren branch today. I just needed to deposit one check into my account, but the teller was distracted, talking to another employee, and unfocused on the transaction. As a result, she deposited my funds into the wrong account. Later when I checked my receipt, I noticed that some random name was at the top, with the wrong balance. (She didn’t even check the name on my driver’s license which I provided, as well as my correct account number.) Although they were able to reverse the transaction, I will never go here again. I don’t trust careless, unprofessional people with my money. Looking for another credit union with higher standards!

Anybody ever have a problem with a teller stealing money from a deposit? Saying they gave them less than what they actually handed them.
