Palmer team moved my mother into a senior living facility and we had a wonderful experience. They arrived on time at her house, were very courteous and efficient and everything arrived safely at her condo across town and moved into place. I would highly recommend Palmer for a move.

The moving experience with the packing crew & unloading crew were positive (separate contractors from Palmer Moving) and I have no complaints with their work.
The moving coordinator, Stacey Louderback, with Palmer Moving Services, provided suboptimal coordination, which led to our dissatisfaction with the move, even though the other service providers were wonderful.
At the end of our move, we were given an unexpected charge for shuttle service ($2,400 extra), which we believe could have been an anticipated charge had the coordinator & estimator done their due diligence when planning for delivery logistics. Our destination property shows two separate entrances. Had my husband and I been able to anticipate the charge, we would have downsized our cargo further.
After researching common practices in the moving industry in regards to shuttle service, this should have been the job of the coordinator/estimator to have foreseen these expenses (by pulling up the destination address on Google maps or asking more about the ability for a freight to access the destination) and informed the consumer accordingly.
Additionally, after the delivery was made, Stacey (coordinator) was quick to pressure us to pay the large unforeseen expense quickly, which did not sit well with us. It felt like the company had been dishonest with us, and we were trying to understand the charges. Had I not taken time to analyze the charges thoroughly, Stacey would not have taken off the weight of a dresser that was not delivered. She adjusted the total due on an invoice but on the payment portal, I had to remind to update the total to reflect total minus the dresser weight. Additionally, there were a couple of other missing items which Atlas did reimburse us for, thankfully.
Lastly, we were given an estimated delivery date of July 2 but were called about an earlier delivery date which was fine but when we asked if we could keep the July 2 date, the driver mentioned he never had us down for July 2. It was either June 29 or July 5. Again, not a big deal, but made me question the coordination of the Palmer Moving Services.

Awesome job. It was well over 90 degrees and those three guys just kept working. Always asking if things were where we wanted them. Would highly recommend!

We used Palmer Moving for our out-of-state move, and they were exceptional. After our previous moving company canceled just five days before our move, the situation was incredibly stressful. However, Palmer Moving’s team was attentive, professional, and maintained great communication every step of the way. Their customer service representative ensured we were fully prepared, and the entire process went smoothly.
Most importantly, our belongings arrived safely with no damages. We highly recommend Palmer Moving—their attention to detail, professionalism, and clear communication made all the difference.

I don't have the words to describe how impressed I was with Palmer Moving Services, specifically Matthew Bevins, but I'll try. We moved from FL to OH via a relocation company, first time using both a moving company and relocation company. Matthew came in and exuded leadership and experience. His calm demeanor instilled confidence and showed that he cared for our personal belongings as if they were his. We have a number of delicate antique pieces of furniture that were unaffected by the trip. The level of care he and his packing team showed was really impressive. Matthew was friendly, professional and efficient. Throughout our move we dealt with banks, realtors, title companies, inspectors, etc. The one solid person that we DID NOT have worry about was Matthew Bevins. We can't thank him enough for helping us through this transition.

I cannot recommend this company more highly!!! They were friendly, prompt, and extremely careful with our delicate belongings. When our moving date was unexpectedly pushed up, they were able to figure out a solution within just a few days. Big thanks to Brandon and everyone at Palmer Moving!

Unbelievable experience!! Thank you to Mark the driver, and Greg P. and Tony R. For moving me! This is my first time ever using a professional packing/moving service and I'm floored. Everyone was incredibly friendly and packed allllllll my belongs for me without a hick-up. They double checked what was important and took their time on all my pottery. Moving across the country is really stressful but this team put me at ease and I appreciate their hard work so much. Effortless in less than a day moving 8 years worth of stuff was great! I'm so happy these gentlemen were so friendly and caring, I hope one day I'll work with the team again!
