I wish I could leave no stars! Service today was subpar. Note to self do not let Tony do your nails!!! How are you doing anybody’s nails and putting polish, and oil on their nails not allowing a wash in between, leaving nail particles on your fingers and hands. How unsanitary is that? He burned a finger tip on one finger, and a cuticle on another. And, I still have dried up gel around my fingers. Then I got the eyebrow tinting and ended up looking like Joan Crawford!! I wouldn’t dare post a pic, too embarrassing. My daughter even told me she didn’t like them!! I’m using a napkin and hand sanitizer to wipe them off.

I never get what I ask for my nails are always crooked only go there when my other key isn’t working and I have too , I won’t even do that anymore I asked for a pedi and was charged 70$ for nothing really then there card machine didn’t work shitty place forsure

This nail salon is one of the most unprofessional and unsanitary places I’ve ever stepped into. Let me start with the hygiene, or lack thereof. The nail techs do not change the drill bits or nail files between clients, which is completely unsafe and just plain nasty. The pedicure sinks are never properly cleaned or disinfected, either. Everything feels reused, rushed, and dirty. It’s giving health hazard.
Aside from the cleanliness, the energy in this place is just hostile. The staff acts confused anytime you ask for something specific, pretending not to understand what you’re saying, even though they’ve clearly worked in this business long enough to know exactly what you mean. It’s frustrating and disrespectful.
What bothers me even more is the clear attitude toward Black customers. This salon is planted right in a predominantly Black neighborhood, yet the staff makes it obvious they don’t respect the very people keeping their business running. They speak in their language and laugh or make comments under their breath, and you know it’s not anything nice. It’s offensive, unwelcoming, and completely unnecessary.
If you’re thinking about coming here, don’t. Save your time, your money, and your health. There are cleaner, friendlier, and more respectful salons out there that actually value their customers. This place needs a serious reality check and a visit from the health department.

After reading the reviews of this salon I was second guessing myself if I should go here or not, the service was amazing! They were very gentle with me and my mom. The guy that did my nails did an excellent job on it and I’m in LOVEEE! The lady that did my mom’s nails also did an amazing job, my mom loves her natural nails so she wanted to do gel. If you guys are thinking of coming here I will 100% recommend! From our POV we had a great experience and we hope so do you.💞💞

The nail tech literally made me bleed by accidentally hitting my cuticle with the dremel. Then he tried to give me shellac when I didn't want it, I had to stop him. Then he tried to charge me the price of a shellac fill, which costs $10 more than the service I received.
I'm never going back here.

I’ve been going here since I was 16 n I’m 26 love everyone’s work there they work efficiently and I’ve never had a problem here the nails always last a month before a fill other places do good work but doesn’t last long or to much drilling which is okay but I don’t like going anywhere else I love this place so much

I came here for the first time today and got my nails cut down and filled in with a glittery red shellac just in time for Christmas. I paid $38...reasonable in my opinion. Kevin #7 was quick but gentle and did a great job. I will return.

Took my daughter in for a girl's day. Asked for 2 full sets and eyebrow wax. Daughter got a cute Halloween design done on her nails. Issue is the tech clipped down my nails and just put the gel/ acrylic power on top of my nails. No fake nails were put on them and painted them with a brownish tip color when I asked for grey nails with white tip. They charged my card for $157 and I don't know why it was so much. My nails were $30 and eyebrow $10... I know my daughters nails were not $117

Although theres alot to say, I'll make this review brief as possible..Do not go to Jenny/Amy(she won'ttell me her name but I heard one of the guys say it just not clearly due to language barrier). She overcharged my credit card for a service that was originally $40. I requested an overly on short nails with no additions and she told me before she completed my nails that the service was $45(which was more than I normally pay). She charged me $52 after I gave her my card and then tried to tell me that their pricing is different. Now I'm a regular customer(3 years to be exact) and I normally go to one of the males at the 2 stations near the entry door and I have NEVER paid more than $35-40 dollars for either a fill or (full set/overlay) unless I get stones or design which I rarely do. I was very displeased with my service from that female tech and will NEVER go back again. You've lost a loyal customer due to bad/fraudulent business and terrible customer service!
OVERPRICED, BAD SERVICE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
