On February 29, 2024, Pleasantview Windows installed a window with a flaw in it. A 3 1/2 inch black line between the panes. They insured me that new glass would be ordered in 3-4 weeks. PW allowed the Board of my condo complex to talk them out of replacing the window. I was informed 9 weeks later of their joint decision by the President of the condo Board. No one from PW took the time to contact me personally. The window remains flawed and I am stuck with it.

I've been in the home improvement business for 30+ years and have dealt with many window companies. Pleasant View is DEFINITELY at the top of my list. I recently discovered them and I'm very pleased with them. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The lead time was very good and the product quality was very good. I had to match an existing design and they matched it perfectly. Thank you Roberto and I will be utilizing your company for my window needs in the future.

We had all of our windows replaced by Pleasantview Windows and I couldn’t be happier with them. The best prices around, fast installation, and beautiful windows. Roberto, the manager, was incredibly helpful and communicated throughout the process. I recommend them to everyone who needs new windows or a patio door!

This company has been terrible to communicate with. I reached out a year and a half ago to get my window panels replaced that I only had for maybe 2 years at that point and the seals were going bad. I was told that they would begin processing the replacements and I did not hear back. I called the person and left messages with no response. a few months later I came to find out that the person no longer works there. I then got sent on another goose chase. Eventually I talked to the owner and after 10 minutes of him telling me that they aren't their windows he finally realized that I had documentation and he came to deliver the original windows himself. I was told that I had to pay for the replacements even though the seals broke within 2 years of them being installed...how is that a warranty? I was told that I would have the windows or at the very least be contacted before Christmas and it is now almost the end of January with no delivery or communication. In addition to that, there are a further 10 panels that are not fogging up too.... terrible product, terrible company. I notice that the company responds to some of these reviews stating that they have been great communicators through the process and I just cannot see how that is remotely true after my experience... family owned or not, this is not acceptable.

I had some problems with my windows and it took a little time to get resolved due to Pleasantview having a difficult time getting the material they needed from supplier. The installation was great along with all the installers being professional and very courteous. All the issues have now been resolved. I am satisfied with the quality of their product.

Getting new windows can be a painful experience, and I'm very happy to say our experience was pain-free! The entire process from the initial phone consultation to the installation that was completed yesterday (7-18-23) was absolutely incredible. The installers were clean, professional and very kind. The windows and installation are top quality! Give these folks a call, they will not disappoint!

After several years and many projects working this company ( all excellent experiences) something BROKE. On 7/29/22 I provided them an approx. size estimate for a new picture window on a new property I just acquired. Got the quote, gave the deposit and was promised a 9-29-22 installation date. Several months later, multiple calls, multiple broken promises and they still haven’t come out to MEASURE the window, let alone start the manufacturing process or schedule installation! All this for a house that’s less than 15 minutes from their store! When I finally gave up, called a different company and not only had them come out within two days to estimate it, they measured it ON THE SPOT! What a day and night experience. When I called to cancel due to this unacceptable level of customer service, I received a phone call back within 30 minutes from the owner, Bill Henderson, threatening me not to complain! He told me I can only praise a company when they do good but must keep it to myself when they do bad, really? I was in business for several decades and always tried to treat my customers with respect. Pleasant view Windows used to be my “ go to” for all my, and my associates window needs. Not anymore. Mr. Henderson told me if I dared complained, never even think about using his company again. On that we can agree on.

They lied to me about having a door installer and took a deposit on doors when they did NOT have a door installer. Shame on them.
