Worst branch I've been to. The assistant that was providing Override to the teller I was working with was extremely rude and snobby to the poor girl. Also, I placed an order for a withdrawal on Monday and was told I can pick up the money on Wednesday. When I came on Wednesday I was told they canceled the order because when they called me on Tuesday to confirm that I still wanted it I didn't pick up. I was at work. This is not the first or second issue I had with this branch. Never coming back here again. I was going to open a business accounts here but I'll just take my business to chase.

Kristen was so helpful today. I am a non-customer and had a check from my insurance company to cash. She took care of me swiftly with such kindness as well. She was such a lovely bank teller that I had to come here to give my best regards.

They always call me just before close of business -- I'm at work, so I cannot answer. Each and every time I've made time during the day to call them back, no one ever answers.

Told me over the phone that i could come get a new card before 5. Got here before 5 and a sign on the door stated they have closed early due to the weather, although I’d just driven in a blizzard to get a new card …. And now i am without a card before the holidays !

Impossible to get anybody on the phone for assistance/info on my account. I spend a lot of money with this bank through my business and it's not worth it. Very frustrating, Highly not recommended.
