Impossible to get anybody on the phone for assistance/info on my account. I spend a lot of money with this bank through my business and it's not worth it. Very frustrating, Highly not recommended.

What is happening at this location? Every other PNC I go to is fast, but this location is slower than snot on an snowman. Consistently. Not sure what is happening or why it's like that every time I go, but it's enough that I've decided to drive the extra distance to a different branch.

This has been the most horrible experience I've experienced in quite a while. I set up an account online nowhere that I saw on the website did it say it was going to be $25 so I didn't expect that to come out but OK that's fine. So I set aside time on my day off Saturday to go to the bank to sign to get my card and I waited an hour! After waiting an hour, I signed all of the paper work and left. Fast forward 5 days later and there's still a hold on my account. I called customer service and they told me that the lady at the branch didn't fax over the paperwork and that is why my $25 that I deposited is still on hold and that I would have to go BACK to the bank and sign for the card again. Then after being on the phone with customers service for an hour they told me that it would cost $25 to close my account and they kept me on hold for an hour just to tell me that. This is the most horrible experience in an organized company I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend them whatsoever. If you are looking to open up a new checking account try Bank of America, fifth third Bank or even Michigan First but I do not recommend PNC!

I've been banking with PNC for years and never had a problem... Until now. I'm trying to apply for an equity loan. They gave me a list of documents needed which I promptly provided, only to have them ask for more and more and more every week. Not to mention they have asked for the same documents over and over. And as I wait to get said documents in the mail so I can email them, they threaten to withdraw my application. I will be closing all 4 accounts and going elsewhere.
