I had an overall positive experience moving with PODs. The gentleman that seems to work weekends at the Charlotte location was friendly and communicative! The gentleman that delivered my POD was helpful and confident in what he was doing. I put an airtag among the items I packed in my POD so that I could track it's whereabouts which helped to ease my mind. It would be nice if this was a standard feature for PODs or maybe an add-on that customers could purchase to know the current and next location of their POD.

Darryl J delivered the pod. He called to inform me when he would arrive. He was polite and courteous. He placed the pod where I needed him to.

I am really happy that I have chosen PODS for moving needs. Delivered the contents as promised. Very good communication all along.
One thing I would like to complain is about the container was so dirty when delivered to me in Troy, MI. Hoping PODS may want to address this in the future.

Antoine did a great job! This was my first time ordering a pod so I didn't know I had the orientation set to have the door face the street which I didn't actually want. Without hesitation he dropped the pod and picked up from the other side and then manuevered it expertly into my driveway so the door faced my house. Thanks Antoine!
