I hardly ever leave reviews, but after my interactions with Jessica, I felt compelled to.
Moving itself is stressful, along with finding a good storage unit. After being letdown by 3 other places, I reached out to Public Storage with little hope left.
To my wonderful surprise, I left with nothing but hope. Jessica was able to talk me through all of my questions, and never showed an ounce of frustration even when I asked the same ones more than a couple of times (yay moving brain lol).
This young lady deserves all the recognition and applause for being so cool, calm, and collected all while having an amazing sense of humor as well.

I was helped yesterday by Elaine. She was knowledgeable and efficient! She made sure everything went smoothly.l, when everything else was going down the drain. Her smile is contagious. Her customer service is 100%! I've rented here before and had a good experience so came back, but she made this experience 100 Xs better! Showed me multiple units and made sure I had everything I needed. She deserves a raise that's for sure! I hope to see her working this store more often! Thanks Elaine for going above and beyond for your customers.
