Terrible nothing like being disrespected by an employee. All my stepdaughter did was put a bra on over her shirt to see if it would fit. And was disrespected by an employee. Like open ur dressing room!! Seems like she being nice to her race though!!!! Yup that one behind the register!!

I was in their shopping and had well over $100 worth of things and the dressing room was closed so I then tried to see if a bra I wanted to purchase would fit around my band. Over my shirt I took the bra and put the cups on my back and just seeing if the two straps would come close to even touching I did not latch them together or anything like that. After standing in line for 5 minutes the woman said she would not serve us because we tried on that garment. It was made very clear when coming into that store that white people are not welcome in that store, the women running that store feel like women of their same race should be the only people shopping in that store and they made it very obvious

Came to get my daughter some shoes store says it's open till 8:00 The doors are locked at 7:30 not a person in sight piss poor customer service and people wonder why big box stores are going out of business because of the help that you get and higher

i ordered 3 dresses from different companies online they were small or to big so i decided to go look at rainbow i walked in looked at a few dresses n asked a staff member how this dresses would look n what is the return policy i had 7 days the staff was great i should of went there first went home dress fits great thank you to all the staff i definitely well be back and i will go there before i order online thank you

I love coming to the Rainbow store, because the prices are really affordable and the clothes are so cute. Plus I can find sizes that fit me, which is usually difficult, because I am pretty small (5'1 100 pounds). Definitely recommend.

Most of the employees are nice. But the low rating is because I've come to the store numerous times around the time they are supposed to be open. And they aren't. Like today. They were supposed to open at 10am. It's Saturday. I arrived at 1020 and they are not open. Now I have to try and find another place to get a last minute outfit.

Horrible customer service about to go to Somerset Mall as soon as I walked in the lady said hello how you doing you can't be in here without a mess. Do you guys have any masses and no we do not I just walk right out the store. I'm assuming she's the manager

If I could put a rating it would be zero ! The whole rainbow store is a mess ! Please be careful with using Klarna to pay for your merchandise, I recently did this, took 2 items back same day delivered , I think all is resolved , I guess they have some policy where you only get in store credit , well I didn't know this , I misplace my return receipt and now I'm out of $50.!! Plus no fitting rooms open to try on clothes to make sure items fit. Consumers beware do not misplace receipts until everything is resolved , never ever will I give my money to rainbow!!!
