Roman Auto Sales is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.
From the very beginning, I was misled. The salespeople were dishonest, and the car they sold me—a Jeep Grand Cherokee—was equipped with a completely wrong battery. Instead of the required AGM battery, they installed a cheap, undersized standard one just to get the car off the lot.
Right after the purchase, I had to replace the oil gasket. I’ll give Roman Auto credit for covering that repair, but unfortunately, that was only the beginning of the problems. A few months later, my transmission failed completely.
That’s when I discovered the biggest lie of all: the vehicle was not a clean-title car like I was led to believe. Even though I was sold what appeared to be a “green” title, the vehicle is actually a salvage title—labeled a total loss on Carfax. This crucial fact was never disclosed to me at the time of sale.
When I contacted Roman Auto about this, they refused to take any responsibility, even though they clearly failed to disclose the true condition and history of the car.
To make matters worse, within just 8 months, I’ve had to deal with:
• A failed oil gasket
• A blown transmission
• A completely incorrect battery install
They even told me the start/stop system had been “deactivated,” when in fact, it wasn’t functioning because of the wrong battery! This wasn’t just poor service—it was deceptive and careless.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Roman Auto Sales. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone

Won’t give you any information on cars over email or text if you want to convince them to sell you a car go ahead but find a dealer who actually want business

Bought a car from here 2 months ago. Very friendly people. I had gotten a flat tire and they offered to fix it for free. My sister just turned 16 and we got her her first car from here. She absolutely loves it.

Asked via Facebook about the carfax. A guy named Martin Talia responded saying the car had been in an accident but the title is clean. Not exactly how that works. A lot of newer cars from 2019-2024 with low mileage at very low prices below the market. That tells you all you need to know. Cars are all likely rebuilt titles that’s why the prices are so cheap. Place is a scam. Be careful people

They buy damaged cars and try to resale them, don't do business with them. Make sure to research that VIN #

Currently in a legal dispute as they use the body parts from different model cars to repair the car. Sold to me as Blazer RS but is a Blazer 2LT. This info was NOT disclosed to me at purchase and now find out after taking it to a Chevy Dealer that it’s at a Total Loss. I am attempting to get my money back as the Chevy dealer said this is a common way that these dealers rip off car buyers. Im nothing but disgusted. Called Roman Sales, politely I might add, afterwards explaining my problem and won’t budge on reimbursing me or even paying off the rest of the loan. Offered to pay me the total loss value. Talk about trying to double dip. After I called and told the receptionist my position in the matter that I would not accept that they called me back to only say get your lawyers and to stop calling. Asked on FB messenger, at the time of pursuit of the vehicle if it had been in any accidents and wouldn’t answer. Don’t buy from here unless you want problems. Not a credible place at all.
