Worst credit Union I've ever dealt with they don't even answer the phone's same phone number for every branch Waited on hold for an hour decided to have them call me back and no one ever called

This is the absolute worst bank to get a loan through. They give you the run around they refuse to help you. They report false info to the credit agency and ruin people’s credit. The customer service is rude! They have my money cashed my check for over 3000 to pay off my loan but they said there is a 30 day hold for my title. So does they mean I get my 3000 back while you wait? Nope! If I could give them 0 stars I could. From the moment I have been with them it has been nothing but horrible. I do not recommend doing business with them to anyone!

Been with this company for 5 years! Paid off 2 car loans and 1 personnel loan! Never missed a payment! Company was focus credit union in toledo Ohio. Security credit bought them. Went to apply for personal loan they turned me down! I'm changing banks immediately! Never again will I do business with a company thats not BBB accredited! I learned a lesson! Thought this review might help others not fall pray!

The employees at the 9 mile Security Federal Credit Union are some of the best people I’ve ever met in my entire life. They’re Professionalism as bankers has always been far beyond expectations. I regret to state that I've had a loan account with Security Credit Union for about almost three years now (More/less) and unfortunately I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences with the loan department yesterday (Date: 06/09/20). I usually have had on time payments, with consideration of a terrible car deal from Jorgenson Ford on or around 12/27/18, where I was told from my salesman he found me a great deal on full coverage, completely false. I didn’t read the fine print, long story short I was approved with Security and he provided PLPD insurance proofs, which I have had to pay a huge penalty for since. I didn’t want to proceed with the auto loan from the start. I was trying to catch up with the required insurance that was taxed on too, my already taxed monthly payment. Then COVID-19 hit, apparently Security Credit Union, hasn’t had any staff members or other loan members who are having hardships. For whatever reason, Jenny a Loss Prevention staff member, didn’t have the professional customer service decency to offer any arrangements, until after hearing about our current financial difficulties, and completely humiliated my wife and my other family members listening in on speaker phone to Jenny and her complete disregard to how we have been affected.Congratulations Jenny, and let’s not forget about Julie, your superior! You are the proud winners of Shaming loan members. I hope you both sleep well at night and it makes you both have a better day! I believe it is in the public’s best interest to know the type of people they will be dealing with if they choose SECURITY CREDIT UNION, and your practices on pandemic, and unprecedented times. My job was shut down due to the coronavirus and this company don't have anything in place to help those in need of help with payments over a million people are filing for unemployment and lives have been disrupted by the coronavirus. And this security credit union won't even help. VERY VERY POOR BUSINESS. Can't wait to pay this loan out

I'm giving Security Credit Union five stars because of the service I constantly receive. I've recently moved into the area, and the ladies who work here have been nothing but supportive, kind and hilarious! I love my credit union

Kind of out dated with technology. My other credit union has drive up Tellers that pop up on a screen. They still have the drive thru tubes and are pretty slow with transactions. They also still make you fill out deposit slips which seems odd as it should be on their transaction history? The tellers here are very nice though! Customer service is exceptional. Except when I stood and opened my account at the front door reception desk.
