If you love being double charged each month this is the place for you!!!I’ve only been with this company for 2 months and both months they charged me double.The charges are 2 days apart. I called and asked why I was being double charged and they told me that the charge is pending and will fall off within 3 days. It’s been a month since the first double charge I promise you it’s not pending.I call a second time and was told I would receive a refund within three days and that I was gonna get a call or email regarding the refund. I called a third time a week later and the guy says that I don’t have proof of them double charging me so I’m not getting a refund. Unless I get a confirmation number from my bank. I called my bank and they confirmed that I was double charged but that they were not able to give me a confirmation number for the transactions and so I had to dispute the charges since iStorage wouldn’t do anything about the fact that they were double charging me.Y’all better check them bank statements they out here scamming

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My things have been totally destroyed or contaminated by rats. This has been the worst storage experience I've ever had in my life. My wedding dress is destroyed, my beds, my furniture. The facility says you store your things at your own risk when you take out a rental there and you have to make an insurance claim. My question is what are we paying you rent for?? I didn't have food or anything edible in my unit, no paper products or anything rats would want. But now I lose everything, and also have to move all of that rat feces and urine covered, contaminated stuff at my own cost on top of that. This has been my worst storage experience.

I knew better not to come back here. This is my third attempt of trying to do business with this location. It's dirty,ran down and out of date. They want to charge you every month for a new rental rate.... Their always unprofessional. I knew better.. Thinking their close to my house. Never again

I had the best experiences at Istorage on Gratoit & 8 Mile and 8 mile and Grosbeck. From beginning to end very professional. I can't remember the names of the ladies and I'm sorry for that but they are nice people.
