Love my Michigan Speedway stores-
BUT at the 32123 Van Dyke, Warren location there have been numerous pump scanners out of order for quite some time, and several that could not read my Speedway gift/gas cards. That means an extra wait in line and the requirement for a customer to get back n their vehicles and be expected to find another available pump POS or drive away.
No Im not a complainer but offering this friendly suggestion to the REGIONAL MANAGER to pay attention or see a reduction in customer in store visits and rev.

Young lady in the Cafe area was rude and refused to take orders eventhough there was only 1 on her board. She yelled sternly at several customers trying to use the kiosk to make their orders.

Got gas, had a good selection if grocery/beverages, a lot of the coffees were out though but it was late so that's fair. It was what I needed it to be, and felt safe. Plus who doesn't love speedy rewards lol

The card readers at the gas pumps NEVER work here. This is the only location I have ever had an issue like this with. It says to go see the cashier every freaking time. Super annoying.

Majority of the pumps had the yellow bags. Other pumps wouldn’t except credit cards.
