So originally I went to Verizon to get a new phone and a new plan. I tried online after it went through they canceled on me so I went into person didn’t work because of the online thing so I went across the street to T-Mobile there. I was helped by Dylan and he was great Knowledgeable and ready to help he took care of me and like 3 other Customers all at the same time he was polite, knowledgeable and ready to help also cracked a few jokes honestly this man deserves a raise thank you!

Went in today after having problems with my new Iphone and Suzan the store manager was such a great help, she fixed my phone so quick! Usually when I go to a different T-Mobile store they don’t want to help unless they’re making a sale. I will start coming to this location from now on. Thank you Suzan!

Went there on Sunday, the associate I think his name was Derek (has septum piercing) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He was able to find us the best deal for our money and a great plan. Was patient with all my questions. Great friendly service and staff, store was clean and organized.

I received the absolute best service. I was blessed with Dylan, super knowledgeable & gave me the best options for my upgrade. I needed to get my iPhone X dinosaur upgraded ? yes iPhone X. I absolutely love my new iPhone 14 Pro Max thanks Dylan; you were ? percent correct. I have the right phone, amount of space is plenty. The upgrade in service to not only save money but place me in the modern age. I’m so grateful for you and easy of transferring all my info. to the new phone. You’re a cell phone genius. T-Mobile’s 5G - 5⭐️ Agent.

Staff needs more training. I called for something simple and the guy who answered almost pissed himself trying to come up with something so he got aggressive and then hung up on me.

Isaac ,grant, and Suzanne are the best I went in there expecting something different and I got WAYYYYY better results they worked magic i definitely recommend this store and they are so nice

My sister left her phone on top of her car and it flew off on Van Dyke! Remarkablyit worked for a few months but it finally rook ots last breath last week. We have not had to buy new phones for a while and were pretty nervous about it. Dylan and Sue at this location were knowledageable, compassionate, and patient with us while we were there, and while helping us were able to help the troves of other people coming in for service. We came in expecting to be hit with pushy sales people and were met with the exact opposite! Our upgrade situation got a little weird toward the end but Dylan and Sue handled it so well and I felt like a priority every step of the way. Thank you both so much for everything!

If I could go higher than 5 stars I would. We switched over from ATT due to countless problems with service and our iPhones. We initially saw Dan to move services. It’s always a little time consuming when changing wireless providers but Dan was amazing. Customer service was A+, answered all of our questions. One of our phones that ported over had some technology issues with apple software that even the Apple Store couldn’t fix. Tried to go to some other T Mobile stores to get a replacement phone, but they weren’t all that helpful. Came back to this store a few days after our initial stop. Suzanne the store manager and Dan who helped us the first time were able to figure out the software issue and were so helpful and kind. They truly care about the customer experience and want to make sure the people that come through that door are satisfied. Amazing job.

Would give no stars if possible. They only care about making new sales so existing customers who need customer service is not their priority. I came in for a screen protector replacement covered by my plan and they lied and stated my phone isn’t in their system. The rep Grant decided to argue with me that their system is only for sales and I would have to contact customer care on my own to figure it out. I pay so much to T-Mobile a month that the lack of proper service is simply unacceptable. There was another rep who also provided no help and just had an argumentative non-problem solving nature along with Grant. This isn’t the first time I went to a location in my community (warren) where the service was not properly provided because they only care about new sales.
