Horrible parking lot. I've almost been hit 3 times. Going to a different location with a better layout.

Pretty happy with this location. Wish they got in the door handles better though. I go here at least 2 times per week.

Jax is a solid car wash. Hardworking teens outside every day. Hand dry with microfiber towels. Good vacs.

They don't have the blower other car washes have. Air hose to blow dust and debris from inside car. Other than that it's a good place.

I was just here not even 5 minutes ago. The women made my husband and I uncomfortable. She kept pressuring to do a membership after we politely declined 4 times: We continuously kept requesting to do the basic $10 clean. We’re confused as to why she wanted us to tip before we even had the car cleaned but we tipped $3 to be nice just for the car to still be dirty. We will definitely NOT be returning. Our first impression and experience here would be 0 stars if possible. Also, it was difficult to understand the rude and pushy lady because she sounded like a Donald Duck with her mask on. She didn’t explain the membership clearly. There was no sign or person to indicate if we can enter the car wash or not. A worker ran up and told us we weren’t supposed to go yet. It’s our first time here, how are we supposed to know?

My dad went to the car wash like normal and while going through it, the wash popped his tire. The said this wouldn’t be forgotten and the manager would give us a call but they never got back to us.

I don’t like going to a car wash and getting harassed and threatened to get a monthly membership when I don’t want one it actually should be illegal and then for them to run your plate and tell you when you’ve been there last and continue to harass you. Should be illegal any morally not right for a business Will never go back. !!.. Going to write a letter to the attorney, General ., Just needs to stop
