i took my computer there because of a cracked screen. they told me they had to special order the screen from china and they were going to fix it. i let them fix it and it worked for about an hour after i used it and it just stopped. we took it to the original place that it came from and this place messed up so bad that there’s $300+ in repairs that has to be fixed AGAIN. they were super nice but the “repairs” just didn’t cut it. they were nice tho.

Most rude people I've ever dealt with in my life don't ever take your stuff there what a joke!!! Someone took their tablet there and got it back worse than it was when they dropped it off. Will be posting negative comments on every City of Warren website I can

The place where I have usually gone for issues w/my laptop, a couple minutes down the street from my home, closed, and T&T is also pretty close to my home. They were very friendly and helpful, and I’m glad I found them. They explained the likely cause of my issue and I felt no hesitation about leaving my laptop with them for what needed to be done. I will recommend them to others.

Horrible customer service!!! Took my $700 dollar computer to them to fix a broken AC jack , and they completely fried my mother board. Total cost in damage is $487 dollars. Do not take your computer here.

Amazing! My daughter spilled her drink all over her laptop for school. The school wanted me to pay $1300 for it but t & t fixed it for a very cheap price and was fast. I got the laptop back in less than 24 hours. Thank you thank you thank you t & t. You saved me a bunch of money and my daughter is back in school ?
