Scammers, avoid them. If you want to go to a T mobile store, go to a corporate store as opposed to an authorized Retailer. George lied about the pricing for a plan, even when he "consulted with a manager" among other things.

Should have never switched to T-Mobile, when I went back in over a billing issue I was told to call customer support to have extra charges removed and got nowhere with customer support even though the guy in the store said all the extra charges would be removed

You know I don't normally post negative reviews but the T-Mobile store here really got under my skin they forced me basically into buying a package that I did not want the phones I did not want and would not let me add an insurance plan until the next day and I told him I only get one day off a week so what happens I couldn't afford the glass in the case at the time they wouldn't let me get the the glass for the case for it and Murphy's law what can go wrong will go wrong

I can safely say that anyone is able to own a T-Mobile store, but that does not make you equipped to have any customer service skills. The previous owner Alvin was the best with his ability to assist with any issues or problems that a customer may have. The new owner /agents lack the ability to begin to care or want to service anyone who walks in their store. They even called 911 on my phone (not listening to me that the black screen on my phone did not mean my phone was dead.. It still worked. You just can't see anything. So, 911 had to be told they weren't meant to be called. No way to hang up on 911) I went to another T mobile store where they were able to assist me and provide me with solutions to my issue. They also informed me about future solutions should this happen again. Very disappointing that this store does not care for their clients unless you are buying a new phone... Their only solution.

Really rude staff and unfriendly they definitely try to get you to buy the most expensive phone or phone plan... I really hate the service with T-Mobile definitely gonna find a different carrier soon

They did not return my new phone within one week and they are blocking all calls!!!!I have set up auto payment through the bank. They recharge me for their services the payments keep showing on my statements.

This store was closed at least 45 mins earlier than stated online and the store front. Customer service has declined significantly in the 5 yrs I have been with them. Along with continued hassles over bill amounts, promos not followed through on. Etc

Left very happy. V patient staff dealt with us changing plans and phones multiple times. The employee that helped us knew all the specials going on off the top of his head and could answer any billing questions I had on the spot. Left with a better phone for my mom than expected.The staff seemed happy but I think they really deserve stools and proper heating though. For such a big company, the store shouldn't look so low budget

Marcel was helping me do a return and I’ve never ever experienced such horrible service. Brandon or Brendan I believe is the manager and he wasn’t any help. I was told that I would have no fees at all if I return my phone due to a Port In issue that T-Mobile cannot assist me with therefore I had no need for the phone and returned it. I was told that I would have no fees is the Port In did not go through. Which it didn’t. They’re making me drive an hour away to the original store that I went to just to have them return a phone. Disgusting
