I had left my car there cause it wouldn’t start in order to take it back home , so they previously told me what the issue was . I told them i would like them to work on it . Well I’ve been calling for almost a week trying to get a price and the guy tells me that the boss looked at it saturday and it was something that could only be done at a dealership . So my question is how could he have looked at it if i had my keys ? . I don't appreciate my time being wasted .

I had a service scheduled with pre quoted price...the work turned out to be wayyyy more comclicated and took way longer than expected. But they stuck to the quote given to me and DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING EXTRA...i was very surprised. These guys are great.Service: Electrical

This is the only shop I'll ever go to now! My starter went out on my car on a Friday and they had it done the very next day. Any other shop I called wouldn't have even been able to look at it until Monday or Tuesday. I was also having issues with having to jumpstart my car anytime it sat more than an hour, which according to Auto Zone, my battery was passing all of their tests. Turns out that wasn't true, and Jamie managed to get Auto Zone to replace it under the warranty, which I couldn't manage to get them to do. So, now my car is working great! I haven't had to jumpstart it once and it starts up with gusto! These are good, honest guys that explain things in a way I actually understood, and they get the job done right! I would highly recommend going to this shop for whatever issues you're having with your car. You won't have to worry about getting ripped off, talked down to, or confused with terms that you don't understand. Just don't get upset if you have to wait a few minutes in the office to get help. These guys are typically working their butts off. I promise you that short wait will be well worth it! Thank you all I really appreciate everything! I will be back!!!

I thought I liked this place but ended up being the most unprofessional place I’ve ever gone to. Have been speaking to Conner for a few days now to get my car checked out. Called in advance to see if it was a good time to come, they said yes. So I drove there waiting 20 min for him to finish an oil change, another car came AFTER me, took that service and made me wait another 20 min. In between that I was watching him check out another customers speakers. After he was finally done he comes back to me and says “sorry we’re just having some fun” and he was going to get a paper to lay on my mat to test drive my car. I look up and he goes back to the customers cars and continues to check out their bass in the speakers while waiting for him for 45 min at that point. I ended up driving off. I will never go back there again, such a waste of my time.Services: Tires
