Propane machine is down per employees on 3/20/25 - I sure hope management fixes their equipment, seems to only work when the weather is nice

Employees weren't informational barely helpful rude and arrogant and the vehicles were dirty on the outside as well as the inside I was told the only wash them on the outside every 2 to 3 months

Chubby light skin guy was just swearing and cussing the whole time I was waiting in line super weird having employees act like that.

Every time I come here there is another excuse why you can't fill a propane tank. Today the excuse is you lost the keys. Last time the 12 year old working the counter wasn't certified the time before that the equipment was broke. Pretty damn sad I have to go all the way to the 11 mile store when I have you guys right around the corner

Worse customer service ever experienced. I was charged with extra gas even after I refueled to exact point. The agent - (Alexander) showed attitude saying I should go Check but later when I proved that i refueled to correct level Alexandra said it the van was showing different reading when he checked earlier. He also did not apologize and said it was the van’s issue. Later the general manager Ember who was helping to give the refund couldn’t print out the updated receipt and was not friendly with her attitudes .

Fat manager got an attitude with me for asking them to fill my propane then when I got defensive her and her coworkers chased me out of the store with there phones cursing at me I do not recommend this place at all

Went to refill my forklift tank at 4:25PM on a Thursday, apparently they are open until 7PM. I was greeted at the door by some kid who was yelling not to bring in the EMPTY tank(which I was only trying to open the door.) He then asks " is this a high-low" tank? And proceeds to say "I'm not certified to refill these yet, won't be for another 2 days, and I'm the only one here." I plea with him saying my forklift ran out of propane after loading a truck and it's sitting in my complex parking lot. Didn't offer to give me an alternative or let me know when someone would be able to refill it. Makes you wonder what his job entails other than not helping potential customers. That will be the last time I try to get propane from there.
