I used to U-Haul store at dequindre and 10 Mile road the right-hand definitely does not know what the left hand is doing to head to mileage messed up the gas messed up trucks were going in and out they had no idea what the hell was going on short-handed real bad I'll do one gentleman help me real good and I got out the door and back as quick as I could and they helped me out at checkout I definitely will go back but hopefully they get their act together a lot better I used to work for U-Haul in that ain't the way we used to do it I think they need new management

If I could give it no stars u would. One of the worst customer experience ive ever had. Just totally horrible ..the situation stated at this location and ended up involving two other locations...what a totally horrible experience .reKky needs to look at it's customer experience

I pack up most my stuff this uhall was close to my house I went to return a 10 pack of boxes all tightly banded. He said one box was missing and will only give me credit Nine dispite that how I bought them, he said no it not "That how I win I allies win" I let him process the return call it day over $2.00 just forget to rent truck and rent from a different u-haul with good customer service and no additude. Well did not win I just lost $2.00 and had a bad experience over 7 years ago that just causing me emotionally stress.

This place is the first Uhaul place that I actually like. Service was dope. But the indoor storage is a little irritating. No heavy stuff unless you want to carry them up some stairs. Other than that I like it. Also like the donation center there. Donated my dresser. I wasn't carrying it up the stairs

Friendly helpful staff that truly does go out of their way to satisfy your needs from trucks to propane. I use them to fill my BBQ and portable heater's tanks all the time. Fair price and you always get a proper fill-up. Unlike the grocery stores exchange program were u get almost 2 gallons less and pay far more per gallon. Go get em filled here and you will see the difference with how much extra cook time you'll get from a refill.
